    Cannot we not use en for both masculine and feminine gender?

    question :
    Hvilken (Male/Female noun) by er det (Neutral).
    in this sentence why you have used city as (M/F) , you have chose Hvilken. And you have used Det (as Neutral)
    can you explain to me please ?

      the reason why he is saying hvilken by er det, or dette er min kone, is because whenever you have the presence of the verb to be (er) the noun will be referd with det or dette even if the noun is a male or female noun
