Ingredients listed below:
1-2 lb boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 tbs grape seed oil
3 tbs butter
1.5 cup white rice
3.5 cup chicken broth
1 medium onion (diced)
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
2 tbs sour cream
Ritz crackers
Cheddar cheese
Season to taste
Paprika
Garlic powder
Season all
Italian seasoning
Ground cumin
Salt
Pepper
Serve with bread rolls and garnish with parsley!!💋

I have a sister that the BEST chicken and broccoli for us as kids. It was so good I wanted the recipe. But I've got a family event I could bring this to!! I want to gift my neighbors with this, but I would honestly have to make like 10 dishes, depending on the household numbers. I want to be that nice neighbor, who delivers delicious foods! Goals, and I'll get to it.
