Hello dear friend! I had bought the same motors, but I'm expecting the issue with powering them. I'm using Motor+Blhelly 30A+4s3.3Ah55C battery for initial test, but the motor even do not starting over 10% of power. Kindly asking you, if you could know smth or propose how to fix the problem, please, let me know that. Thanks.
From my experience I wouldn't recommend either of them. I wasn't happy about efficiency in the end of the day. If your drone weight divided by amount of motors is more than 500g I wouldn't recommend these motors.
Becarefull don't use 3s ESC this motors are more efficient with 6s battery so better buy a min 60A 2-6S ESC more likely hobbywing there are the best for me. I hope it helps
Dear friend, could you let me know, please, did you had success even to start the motors on 4s, because I'm on present have only 10% from the full power. Do you know what it can be? Motor+Blhelly+4s3.3Ah55C. thanks.
Hi bro I'm from INDIA and I love this video. But please make a proper thrust test video of this motor And put a camera on the display of weight machine. And also tell the battery Voltage
To be honest I ditched those motors because of inefficiency. They can spin such props, but efficiently works only at about 500g thrust. For octopter it was ok, but when I wanted to make it smaller, efficiency dropped drastically. At the moment I'm finishing to build Tarot 4008 build, only have to upgrade flight controller which got quite glitchy at the moment.
I got a datasheet that shows that this same motor at 22.2v 6s battery the maximum size propeller is 13" it would generate 1.2kg thrust i could send the datasheet through my mail i just. Got 4 of this motors from China but from another website not AliExpress i would be testing it soon.
Hi, I wrote in the begining that scales were showing only half the real thrust, so I make it easier for you and double it in the comments. ;) Any way, the idea was to see the amperage curve, where is the sweet spot. :)
Hello I just perform a test on this motors, 6s 6500mAh 60C battery, 40A ESC, 16 inch props but I just cant get more than 1.5kg 😢 any idea why?
hmm, I saw that the current goes up to 51A while most of the reference told it only got 14~15amp at 6s.
I have this motor installed with 1345 carbon propeller running 6s 5400 on a zd550 quad frame with Auw of 2.9kg and got 23mins flight hovering
may i ask which kind of battery you were using?

Can I used this motor on diy scooter as engine at 1:15 gear ratio
I don't know the torque of this motor, I believe it's a bit to weak for a scooter. :)
thought about something similar i want to build a rc car with the motor in the weel ;)
you would have to install very powerful cooling
Name of propeller??
Hey I do combat robotics and I use this motor on my 1 pound robot, great motor with lots of power!

only 6s, had same problem
Hi. 5010 360kv connect the esc motor slow rotation What to do
Check your battery specifications and esc it functions best on 6s and use a 6s ESC NOT 3s
friend which model would be more economical the 5010 or 5208?

@@lair4770 which engine do you think would be more economical with 120w, I have a small solar plane and I wanted a super economical engine
@@hitalosilvio4451 did you find one?
Please do a test with 4s and 5s also.
Hello I'm searching for a Brushless motor which can produce thrust around 3.5 kgs will this be suitable for me
probably not, although it can atchieve these weights with bigger props, but you won't be able to stabilize drone with it.
16 inch prop but what is the pich angle 16*x
45
I think 13"(1355) propeller is best for this motor from my datasheet

Can I run a 15x5.5. With 6s on the motors ??
I did it, you mean DJI foldable? But not efficient for me.
You can but not efficient...I suggest 13 to 14inch possibly with AUW of 3kg max
Very helpful thank you so much.

I've tried these 360kv motors on 4s and it is not powerful enough...I think 6s is perfect
yup same results for me.

Hello there,
Do you think it's safe to run 18 inch props on 6S with this motor?
I think on 18 inch the motor will burn. it isnt even rated for 40 amps and on 18 inch it might pull 50 or 60 amp.
I've tried it with 18 inch, it was almost impossible to stabilize - too slow to react.
How much kg it's carrying
It's capable to lift quite a lot, but you loose efficiency veery fast. I'd say 1kg per motor is max. But you can push it to 3kg on a bench.
Motor name and price please
I am waiting for the next more proper test ❤️
Soon I'll be testing other motors, so I will be able test 5010 again too.
If we want to built 15 kg of total weight of hexacopter then which motor and power supply will you recommends..
I would suggest that each motor should be capable of at least 15kg for quad ;) otherwise it will be slow and hard to control and not efficient. :)
Very useful thanks
What kind of multimeter do you use
