Thank you, I have been thinking about this topic and started putting water away in clean glass jars. This would be a nice upgrade. I just grabbed four.
Nope, just a cool place to store them. I did a water test video of water stored for three years with nothing in it and it was safe. I am going to do one soon with the same container, now 10+ years later. If it is a clean container and the water is from bottles or purified, I find there is zero reason to add anything to it. Now if you store it in a shed or outdoors in the heat. Yea, you might want to. But just like in a basement for emergency storage, nope.
Very cool
Thanks for watching!
Capn, you have removed any doubts, that you can both hold your water container and your Bourbon, too. Cheers, Mate.
Haha. Indeed! Cheers!
Cool video - thank you. Was thinking about water preps the other day...
Glad to help!
I got 2 and filled them up with water at a natural spring near by.
As usual watching your content shows me new things I didn't know I needed but do. I also learn a little on the way. Thanks Captain. 👍🤠
Much appreciated! Glad to stir up new ideas. 👍

Do you add anything to your long term water stores?
