Jalapeno poppers! One of the best side dishes for a BBQ, I put some spring onion in there and mix up the cream cheese with grated cheddar.
Those buttered squashes I must try.

When I lived In the US we’d call these ‘Atomic Buffalo Turds’, stuff the jalapeño with cooked Italian spicy sausage, cheese on top and the wrapped in bacon (flattened with the back of a knife) and then basted towards the end with either Maple Syrup, chipotle BBQ sauce, or Buffalo sauce. I make them every year.😋😋

Supposedly i've been growing tabasco peppers but they are huge so i use them for poppers as well. Eventually i will make a video so people can tell me if they are actually tabasco peppers or a hybrid. Stay spicy. Cheers.

Use large jalapenos, cut in half and deseeded. Take some peeled deveined shrimp that will fit in the jalapeno halves, making shallow cuts inside the curl so they lay straight. Place in the jalapeno. Pack in plain cream cheese mixed with your seasoning of choice, or cream cheese mixed with shredded cheese and seasoning. Cream cheese sticks to you better than it does wet shrimp, just a fair warning. Wrap with a half strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary. Place on smoker with open side of jalapeno facing up, 225F for 3 hours.

YUM!!!!!! made me flipping hungry :)
Boet try this Greek stuffing of peppers.
Get Florina style peppers and fill them with the following ingredients combined.
100gr Feta Cheese grind down with a fork ( the closest taste of original feta when I was in the UK was from ASDA Melis Feta )
    50gr Cream Cheese
    50gr Parmesan
1 small tomato peeled and finely chopped
    1 clove of garlic
    2tbs of finely chopped parsley
    1tsp dried oregano
    1 egg beaten
    5tbs Olive oil
    Black Pepper to your liking
And what my father use to do was to add chili pepper finely chopped in the mix, I am sure you can experiment with the range of peppers you have.
Mix the above all up and stuff the Florina Style Peppers, coat them with olive oil and then pop them in the oven or as you just did over moderate fire.
    Have fun and stay safe!!!

I have enjoyed your videos very much. Thank you for posting them. I have a novice question if I may. After watching your channel I decided to try and grow some peppers this year. I have three plants that did okay. I expect to get 50 to 50 peppers but they do not seem to be ripening at the same time. What is my best course of action to to keep the currently rope ones usable until the rest ripen?

    • @ChilliChump
      @ChilliChump 4 года назад +1

Thanks John! There are a couple strategies for peppers ripening at different times. The best would probably be to freeze them. Then when it comes to making your sauce (if you were going to ferment) then make sure you have a good amount of fresh peppers added to the frozen (50/50). Should do the trick.
