Started with a blow up bed and a 10 tog duvet in winter (-5 to minus 10 ) By 3 a.m it had gone flat. Progressed to a Fox Ultra, then a JRC Terry Hearn light weight bed chair ( I still have it) a Nash four leg indulgence then a Fox flatliner bed chair. Just watching this to see how much better the bed chair market has progressed too. We are spoilt for choice now. If you had a knackered back, needed to buy the most supportive, highest standing from the ground strong comfortable sleep system? In the market for a bed chair that will enable me to night fish again as the others were not up to the job.
Interesting video mate, very informative 👍👍 But I have to ask, what the hell is 5 seasons because there are only 4 seasons (Spring-Summer-Autumn-Winter)
Hi mate, In the camping world sleeping bags have ratings from 1-5 “seasons” depending on degrees, 1 Season - Ideal for warmer summer nights where temperatures above +5°C 2 Season - Bags designed for cooler nights in the summer or spring with a temperature range of 0 to +5°C 3 Season - Designed for colder nights without frost (0 to -5°C). Many people use a three season sleeping bag as an all-rounder for year round use. 4 Season - When the temperature drops to around -10°C with light snow a four season bag is ideal. 5 Season Expedition quality sleeping bags for sleeping in snow and at temperatures from -10 down to -40°C Hope this helps 😃
@@WickersleyAnglingMediav2 Cheers buddy much appreciated information. I have been camping for years and never heard of this before However I don't do winter camping so that's probably why. Once again thanks
With Some bed chairs you can fold the back up, twist the adjusters until it locks in the sitting upright position. You just have to make sure the bed you buy can do this because some beds only lay flat.
Love lumbar support and Flat liner bedchair, mind you I am 65. Also always use a groundsheet now. 45 years ago, I would lay on the gravel with a couple of hedgehogs for pillows
I had the blue argos one with the metal poles you fed through 😂you know what it was more comfortable than most modern beds
Just bought myself the Grade Layback Insulator 4S - Memory Foam System (Bed&Bag) for 200 euro's. GREAT DEAL and love it.

Best tackle shop out there in my opinion
Thanks Ben 🙌🏻
So are "bedchairs" able to be used as a chair? Do they fold up into a chair?

@@sifishes oh ok, that explains why some bed chairs say "flat"
I'm new to all this and it's not explained anywhere lol.
Thanks for your help.
