My brother is trying to quit drinking. He did quit successfully two times but after few months he started it again. The 1st time he didn't drink any for like 17 months whereas 2nd time he didn't drink any for 3 months. I know he's trying hard but he's unable to quit it no matter how hard he tries. He's seeing a local psychiatric here for 2 years now, but the results are to no avail. Pls make a video on these type of cases or pls provide your contact details so as I can contact you to get further consultance.
Relapses are common in alcohol deaddiction. He had already quit 2 times for significant duration. So continue advice of current psychiatrist. Ask for deterrent treatment from your current psychiatrist atleast for 1 year.
