I have one of these and they work very well. Measured my boards after cutting them and they were all spot on. Way easier than measuring and clamping down a straight edge or trying to maneuver a larger sheet of board across a table saw. I've used it to cut down a board to a square and it was even all the way around. As long as the board you start out with is accurate to begin with then you are good to go. For those that want to make cuts at an angle then look into the Accucut version.
