hahaha, am with ya...though very recent facts (including the defeat of the current straight-up insidious administration and, particularly, Israel's winning ways) do kinda call for a sliver of optimism these days. : - )
I dont understand why everyone seems to making such a fuss about Hegseth when clearly Gabbard is the risk and should be far less popular, both nationally, and among Republican senators.
@@TheZerech i agree gabbard is more problematic, but being in charge of DoD necessitates someone who has a lot of experience running a large organization, experience Hegseth doesn't have. I commend his military service, but saying Hegseth is qualified to serve as Secretary of Defense is like saying an assistant store manager at Wal Mart is qualified to be CEO of the whole company.
Disturbing to hear such glib comments about Gaza. Do you not care at all that THOUSANDS of CHILDREN have been slaughtered? Children are not Hamas. Shame on you. Shame on you.

I recognize that there are copyright issues but I find it really jarring when the podcast opens with a different song
Yeah -- what happened to Hope for the Best, Expect the Worst?
@99.9% sure the video will be removed if they open with it

Ya gotta love Abe's haircut!
Wow. John's take on ProPublica on this podcast was proven right a few hours later based on the reporting by Reagan Reese

40:09; what’s with the violin in the background? Or is that just the music theme when Matt makes a point?
It was very well timed with the mention of the Houthis lol
You should wear a solid white shirt under that sweater. Then it would look really nice.
