normally officer at PNB wound not have authority to issue LOU for bigger amounts. Even if he issues LOU for bigger amount
then accepting banks have to get the confirmation from higher authority depending on amount. before accepting.
If an employee of a bank wants sell bank to you would you buy. naturally you will enquire whether he has authority if does not and who has got authority. I believe all the five bank employees are involved. they should be arrested immediately not suspended
