it is true also. Judiciary in India is lethargic. too many manipulation and too much delay. We all know cases like that of Salman rash driving and Saif hunting case. With money and power you can save yourself. Even judge knows the truth but they will either get influenced or will go with manipulated evidences. This is criminal cases. For about civil case which never get settled by court and generations keep fighting and feeding judiciary with money.
