    Have you a video of where you harvest your ginger; it'd ve interesting to see that.
    What are you adding on there at the end? Can we use hemp mulch or strulch ionised straw? Or both!

      I watched another video from Texas...his were planted in the soil ...they grow long green leaves which are also good for you and can be used in tea . When the leaves were quite tall , he just moved the soil underneath and could see the ginger....it doesnt grow far beneathe soil...you can pull up clumps as and when needed ....if you plant the ginger with its shoots directly into the soil you dont plant deeply ...just cover a little with soil .

It only has like three leaves and it looks a little brown on the edges. I'll just keep watering it and putting fertilizer to see if it will produce anything 🤷‍♀️🙂

    El recipiente donde se coloca el genjibre tiene que ser transparente? 2) Va en exterior o interior? 3) Debe permanecer con luz o s oscuras? 4) Debe recibir luz solar?Gracias

      EN RECIPIENTE TRANPARENTE SE VE CUANDO VAN SALIENDO LAS RAICES, SI LO PONES EN EL INTERIOR NO SE EVAPORA EL AGUA TAN RAPIDO Y NO NECESITA LUZ SOLAR HASTA QUE LO PLANTAS AFUERA

      That was my question. Looks like maybe saw dust or wood scrapings. I see its not buried but a few inches.

    What's the best month and season for growing garlic?

    • @PlanetZhooZhoo
      @PlanetZhooZhoo 2 года назад +3

      Depends where you live. Here in the UK I planted garlic late October just before the real winter set in. They grew to about 25cm tall and will over winter to start filling out again in the spring, for harvesting around July. I'll be doing my own video on it.
