    this entire video is sooo cool and the rig itself is undoubtedly the most incredible and unique I've ever seen. fair play for creating such a brilliant car 😎👍

    "Welcome to another adventure" should be your opener every time, so much better than most of the "WHATS UP GUYS BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH ANOTHER VIDEO"

      Bro I tried editing it in the RUclips editor and it’s trash. Been trying to update the video with that part cut out for 24 hours now 😂

    "So for the roof rack, I have..." Whether intentional or not, that unedited bit made me chuckle, kind of like seeing a Behind the Scenes. Thanks for finally going over this build in detail! To say that I've been anticipating this video would be an understatement. The frontrunner storage system looks quite a bit thicker than your previous storage system in your Cayenne S - are you able to sleep in the turbo S if you wanted to?

    • @HarrisonSchoen
      @HarrisonSchoen  2 года назад +1

      Oh, almost completely unintentional. Haha
      The Frontrunner storage system is much taller, and good for short trips or if it’s a weekend vehicle, though there’s some space you’re not able to take advantage of with it, like storing things in the spare tire well, or the side storage spots.
      It’s about 14” tall or so, so it’s not really possible to sleep in this one unfortunately!

    Pig wrap looks pretty sweet. I recently wrapped my 2010 957 Transsyberian in M3 'shadow camo' with new original side stickers 😎
    I did have a couple questions about how often you change intake filters and if you use a pre-filter when off-roading?

    • @HarrisonSchoen
      @HarrisonSchoen  Год назад

      I just change them or blow the dust out of them every couple thousand miles!

    Awesome Vid! Is the roof rack the kit front runner sell for the cayenne as is unmodified? and also what extra leg did you end up using as there are a few different sizes.Also what is the fairing used? Thanks

    Have you tried calibrating the air high level after the suspension mod? I think every time to do a change on suspension, it is needed to calibrate the high level for all four wheel again keep they align afterward. Otherwise, you may get sideway on steering-wheel. I love the make and the color, BTW. You should bring this beast to mongolian highlands and let National Geographic to film an aventure movie dude.

    • @HarrisonSchoen

      @@Zionfarm I'd avoid any air suspension for simplicity's sake! Touareg and cayenne are both great!

      Complexity aside how would you compare air suspension vs coilovers for overlanding?

    • @HarrisonSchoen
      @HarrisonSchoen  2 года назад +2

      @@grzegorzgajewski7060 No comparison really. Coilovers are reliable, and air suspension isn't really!
