There are many things to appreciate about Ruby Ma'am and her family but one thing I must point out is that the family has been able to instil the traditional language and teach the children their own mother tongue..I have seen countless American/western families lose this beautiful culture because they attempt to become more like the locals. And not prioritize that they make an effort to teach be sure they learn urdu/hindi..while the family takes on much of the western culture they have not lost their own tradition and best of all it'll continue with the next generation..unlike many families who many not have the next younger generation who can pass it on to their kids..keep it up! Good job Zoey!
I don't know if they did it purposely or intentionally but MashaAllah seeing young kids speak urdu nowadays is so refreshing and reassuring for the future..
I have to say this also comes with the barakah of staying together as a family unit..having kids grow up with grandparents is such an underappreciated blessing..and we can see benefits of it in the children's mannerisms and we'll rounded personalities ..they'll learn the foods/language/skills/culture..and what a blessing to have more hands to help you raise your children..

I also live in Canada with joint family ALHAMDULILLAH we are also giving same enviroment to our kids. Many of our friends say that you still have Pakistani enviroment at home they speak urdu ❤
