Really enjoyed your VIDEO. I am a old man now 75 years old. I use to ride the 1972 triple 750 kawasaki back in the 70's with all of the denco accessories it was a bomb. I know it wouldn't compare with the bikes now but back then it was the fastest thing around and thrill to ride. Can't imagine riding one of these bikes with 200 plus horse power. I too thrashed my Kawasaki 1974 H2 750 "Widow Maker" 1979-1982. Violent acceleration, 100mph wheelies and the infamous death wobble @ 115mph. 1985 Suzuki GS1150E was a faster rocket with zero vibration thru the grips was a luxury comfort. But still had to grip tight with hands and knees to blast 0-125mph and back to 30mph all in under 3 blocks.....

Loved the old (pre 07) Busa. Indeed I have owned 5 of them. Then I rode a ZZR 1400. They make the Hayabusa feel agricultural. There's a reason why I owned 5 Hayabusa...I kept selling them. I won't be selling the Kawasaki....
I live 10 minutes from MIR... Moved here last summer. I've never been there yet. I didn't know of they had bike races or anything cool... I just figured it was local boys with Honda Civics and such. I might have to head down there. sometime.

It’s crazy a stock bike for under $20k is as fast as the fastest production car in the world in a 1/4 mile. H Tesla plaid with 1020 hp awd that destroys every other car I on par wit this bike that is powered down from the factory to meet emissions. I’m new to bikes so this stuff blows my mind how fast bikes are with little to no mods.
One of you guys do need to wipe the smirky little smile off of the guy that runs the Tesla Plaid RUclips channel. I see he recently beat a stretched ZX-14 on his channel.

Really seems down on power has a power commander but I don't know if it's tuned. Just seeking a little info and I'll come out and see if your guys can make it run a little better for me.
Hey you know 99 was the fastest year of the busa in stock form !!! It wasn't restricted on top speed. Now it is down on power compared to the gen 2 and 3 but still plenty powerful and quick. Good luck on getting it where you want it. I have an 06 zx14 but I'd like a gen2 14 but mine is plenty fast for me. I guess 😄

Also had the bike dynoed 100 % stock and it made 107.0 @ 13,850 rpm and 45.2 torque @ 10,000 rpm at the wheel. 2010 R6.
I'd love to see a gen 1 busa (was it 99?) standard vs a standard 2021 model, just to see if there has been any improvements in performance in the last 2 decades, or if its gone backwards.
I want to know if the vibration is less at 90mph. That's the only thing that needed a tiny improvement, even though the 2nd gen is super smooth, I'm thinking the new engine has lighter rods and pistons, and is even less vibration? Nobody has commented on it at all.
Looking back, after I got the bike home from the dealership I removed those secondary butterflies. The bike was sitting factory everything except the flies out. A stretched and lowered zx12 lined up next to the bike with a 30 day tag and was expecting to deliver a beat down to the all stock and possible noob. Well no noob here I got the hole shot but he did have a better 60ft.i came back around him and ran a 6.00 at 122. I left after one pass and got on the internet and it was on and popping

I own a 2017 Hayabusa 1300 lost a valve but just beat up everything. Surfaced the head valve job used valve’s new guide’s gaskets seals one piston same rings, honed put back together, runs great. Question it’s beat up around valve’s what will that do.?

push those fork tubes up far as they go, strap it half loaded, strap the rear half loaded, push the wheel all the way back by going 1 tooth down in front, and remove some air from that rear tire, run em like 24lbs.. remove 4/10ths easy
You guys ditched the Chit out of the brakes, that will def pick up speed, nut sure if u added worldwide ceramic bearings. Great vid ty for your content.

I haven't seen any other videos of yours about this bike so i don't know what you've done to the bike other than taking 34kg of weight off it. HOW did you shave off 34kg? the bike stock comes at 264kg wet and you just weighed in at 230. HOW? and what mods have you done on the bike to do lower times than bikes that weigh 30kg less?

Facts modern bikes are restricted in the US heavily from the factory. An ecu flash brings 20 hp nowadays.

I would of tried shifting a lil earlier. It's always worth a try on a stock bike. 150 or 200 rpm can make a difference. It did on my R6.

Gen 2 busa with brock exhaust, flashed tuned and hit 8.9.
3rd generation busa got better everything inside of the headwork. Should be lower than 8.9
How long after the gen 2 was released did someone get 8.9?
on a 95 degree day? We'll have to wait and see when the gen 3 is flashed to really compare them.

You should race a Tesla Model S Plaid. Your speed is close, and it's quiet, so you can hear your RPMs. They run 9.2s at 151-152mph trap speed.
