I took my kids there a lot. We thought it was fun and the pizza was really good. The employee at the door always stamped the back of our hands when we arrived there and then made sure our stamps matched when we left, to prevent someone trying to take a child who wasn’t theirs outside of the building.
The whole Chuck E Cheese Franchise is a Horror Story/Experience now. From Overpriced Bland Pizza, to Adults fighting more than ever because Chuck E Cheese now serves Alcohol, Crap found in the Ball Pits, to Corporate being completely out of touch, pretty much sums it up.
Chuck E Cheese serves alcohol now?? LOL Wow, so much for being a kid's place only! What a big mistake that was. There used to be pee found in the ball-pits 40 years ago, its just what happens when brats....errr kids use it. I can believe that about the Corporate, I always wondered about them even back then. The pizza was ALWAYS bland & overpriced. A cousin had a birthday party there one year when we were all kids & I had never been there before. I was excited, until I walked in. The noise-level was deafening, the pits & games even louder & super crowded. The pizza tasted like sauce on greasy cardboard & I love almost all pizza. I was happy when the party was over.
The one by me doesn't have a ball pit thankfully, those are gross. It's just arcade games. I rarely take my kids there though. I don't know if they serve alcohol, we are usually there for a birthday party so not something I paid attention to.
Beer 🍻 sounds like it's not for kid's, anymore I would think it should be illegal to sale beer at a kids restaurant, by what law, makes it right, what's next topless waitresses, 😂 ( o )Y( o )
So, they let their kid go to Chuck E. Cheese without them, don’t teach her basic stranger danger, she almost gets abducted and they continue never to teach her stranger danger? Wtf?! She’s lucky the other parents noticed. That woman was probably recruiting for trafficking. Teach and watch your damn kids!
Chuck E Cheese mostly went out of business if I’m not mistaken. They didn’t have one near where I lived so I usually went to the roller rink or arcades but those went out of business too, sadly.
Before my friends wedding, his brother took us to Chuck E Cheese and asked if the groom (his brother) could get a lap dance from the rat, and how many tickets it would cost 😂
honestly with the chuck e cheese workers (underpaid exhausted teenagers) in my area would probably do it for a slice of cold pizza and a nearly burnt geek bar 😭💀

There was a Chuck E Cheese that was in the path of the fires in Colorado a few years back. There was footage of parents/children panicking with smoke and flames outside advancing on them. It horrified me to see the videos. I think I heard the Chuck E Cheese burned down but I think everyone got away safe. ETA: Also the doors they were trying to escape from wouldn't open, at first. :O ETA: the Chuck E Cheese sustained damage but didn’t burn down.

I think this happened at a Discovery Zone, but same-same kinda place as Chuck E Cheese. So I ain't even ashamed about this, but one time my Aunt brought me out on this trip where I wound up here as well as her friend's house and a few other places, I was probably like 5ish at the time. So the crux of this story is that I shit my pants and had that up in there for a good while. Well, when I was running around on the Discovery Zone playscape that shit fell out of my pant leg and there was a really sweet turd sitting on the middle of the astroturf that nobody suspected me of.

I guess we don't really know. I have submitted at least 3 stories to NTS, but he never aired any of them. Mine ARE true, I can write good fiction but I would never submit fiction to something that asks for True Stories. Some narrators DO post true stories.......such as Wicked Hour.....he read 2 of mine.
Tara Collins. Not sure what your stories were about, but usually they have to wait for more of the same stories to come in. Which is why some seemingly never get read. They’re just waiting for similar stories
