BMC is a cesspool of all that is wrong with Mumbai and it’s politics. It’s neither corrupt but efficient like BCCI and neither honest but inefficient like MMRDA. It is corrupt and inefficient at the same time which is worse. The same applies to CIDCO after they were overlooked from the BMC. They have constantly delayed the Navi Mumbai metro.
