Who uses WASD? Oh just the OG's who were running Quake 1 clan arena mod. The mod inspired Q3 and a lot of fp's. Quake mods invented Team Fortress, basically the first class based FPS. If i could pin someone to the ceiling with the lightning gun in Q1 on a Pentium 200 , I'm sure WASD was fine.

First Person is the only way to play to avoid players seeing around corners. When that happens, the rubber bands come off, and claws come out.

FPS Games should always be in 1st person. That's what we all see IRL so it should be the same in FPS games.
I had a problem when going duo Fps only with my friend, we put the search on duo fps and every time we got thrown into a solo match but we still were on the same game.
Húginn dont even try playing first person its so bad the lag everything just wait until they fix everything and it shall be better
Gust av i think they fixed the fps and sound by now but the server lag was still there, give it a week and it might be playable.

Wait what? I tried FPP out too but i couldnt see my mate.. I thought hmm, well it's more hardcore like that and it wasnt that big of a deal.. But the next moment we killed one and my mate got knocked out. Instant the game ended without any points and with me still being alive. I think that was a bug or something or atleast i hope so.

There are first person only servers? I thought you could just switch to first person view in any game.
TheeRandomHero if you do that you would be at a disadvantage to anyone playing In 3rd person due to the fact they can peek around corners..... By having servers that are 1st person only, it forces everyone to be on the same playing field.
Yeah I agree, that makes sense. You just have to go to Custom Match to find first person only I assume?
TheeRandomHero I don't know if the patch dropped this morning but the July PTR (updates client) added hardcore servers which is 1st person only mode, they are most likely playing on the PTR servers, however the patch might have just been release last night/this morning
I think they have 1stp only on test servers only, not on live yet.
