@@mh_golfer Yes... Derrick Lassic really tore it up behind the Great Wall. Take the unicorn back, fill that room with one move, and then you have an entire draft/offseason to fill the rest of the holes. Go Cowboy$$$
If Jeanty is only good because of competition then why doesn’t this happen every year with the smaller schools?? If it’s the competition this would happen every year
Jeanty is a beast. Complete back. I do have a concern about his size though. Is he really 5'9 216? We are going to find out at the combine. If he is then he's legit. If he's smaller then I have the same questions about durability. In regard to competition, if Boise St remains in the top 12, we are going to see how he plays against literally the best teams.
Jeanty a beast. Competition doesn’t matter to me because his team has the exact same level players blocking. What matters to me is the mileage he’s getting. Exact same scenario with osu Zeke
Doesn't mean he will be drafted by Dallas. The Giants are also looking for a running backs. Steven Jackson ,Patrick Peterson and Adrian Peteson begged The Cowboys to draft them only to go elsewhere.
A RB with a high 1st round pick? No way! We have three backup QBs that can't play and a franchise QB that can't run, it's injured often and is in decline, take the best QB available.
And NO ONE is guaranteed to translate to the NFL but the Cowboys have been soooo bad we have “pick trauma” it feels like EVERYTHING better hit or else……..
Why are you guys always so afraid of adding the best player at their position? Take the unicorn at our most needed position and stop making this harder than it need to be. There are plenty of other rounds in the draft to flesh out the trenches/WR. Dorsett... Emmitt... Zeke... The list goes on and on. Besides... Didn't we take a lineman first last year?
@@jaysoul1799 - Because RBs typically only last around 5 years and aren't worth signing to a second contract most of the time. Unlike other positions where you can get 10 plus seasons out of a player. Taking Zeke over Ramsey was a really bad decision and shouldn't be repeated.
@ I hear u but I would have to really see the facts on “the special ones” I’ve only heard that….is this the case for Saquan or Henry or McCaffry, or JTaylor or even someone like Eckler who is older now but if I’m not mistaken All have been very good past 5 yrs; If there is a chance to grab a special one then get him
Taking a RB in the top 10 of a really deep RB draft is a huge mistake in my opinion. They just don't last long enough or have the positional importance to make it a top priority. Give me Abdul Carter or Mason Graham.

Dak and Romo best years were when the cowboys could run the football
They had an offensive to run behind and this draft is really deep at RB.

I’m pretty sure that goes for any qb lol it’s just easier when you have a great rb and run game
I'm taking him. Jeanty in 2025!

Well said he also ran for 192 yards against number 1 Oregon this year
Facts
enjoyed the show!!!

5'9 and build like a brick house. That's all that matters. 5'9 is a good thing btw
If the player is special we need to get him no matter what position he plays.

I hear your take on small schools and level of comp faced but should that have kept Dallas back from drafting Demarcus Ware??

Cavanaugh out here dropping data dimes!
Yes
That man is every it of 216 Jesse talking out the side of his neck talking about he’s small
If we pick jeanty over tet McMillan I’ll be heart broken
NO RBs in the top 1-10 please!!!! This year’s draft is deep with RBs
And NO ONE is guaranteed to translate to the NFL but the Cowboys have been soooo bad we have “pick trauma” it feels like EVERYTHING better hit or else……..
Jeanty almost beat Oregon by himself and they ranked 1 rn be serious Jesse
This guy is literally J.K. Dobbins. Is that bad? Are we really sure he wouldn't work?
Jesse losing credibility on scouting in about 4 minutes. Jeanty is 215 and he just said he’s maybe 190 LOL
This class at RB is too deep to draft one in the top 15. That is nonsense.
Gibbs is 5’9 too soo

He's not coming to Dallas unless the Cowboys Tank
Jerry Jones is such a narcissist, snake oil salesman, that he would pass on this kid and get a offensive lineman
Please no more drafting RBs in first round.
Especially not in the top 10.
Lions and Falcons did it. Go figure
Why sir?
Because the media says?? Some guys are special and different so if u get a chance to get them then do it!!!!

No especially that's something cowboys need
