Even Zepp and Stones play this "folk" kinda.

I was once st an Emmylou concert and she said "well you see a song has to ne a new song before it can be an old song."
In general shes right but this song already feels like an old song. I was wracking my brains trying to figure out where it came from. Paul Mccartney had same feeling after he wrote Yesterday - he dreamt the song and was like surely this song already exists.

Your song writing is poetic and emotive. I've always gravitated towards the poet/songwriters like Kristofferson, Dylan and Cohen and that's what draws me to you. Every song should tell a story that evokes emotion and thought; yours certainly meet that criteria. You have a beautiful old soul when it comes to your choice of covers and especially in your writing style; everything comes from somewhere deep down and I find that so refreshing.
