There is no more HIPPA at least where I live there isn’t
@GODISGOOD-xn1we where are you from ? HIPAA is law ... it is part of patient rights....
@@la23bank I’m from New York and I’m a healthcare professional (registered nurse) and my rights are always being violated so that’s why I said there’s no HIPPA. I was at a clinic and a medical assistant announced my medical records. I didn’t have anything that wasn’t incurable. And it’s like they were bullying me a little bit. Also, I’ve worked with people that announced other people’s medical records. Like this one doctor loudly announced a patient’s HIV status and she was elderly and tearing.
I don't care what nobody says, these younger nurses only go to nursing school for the aesthetic. They have no empathy, no real passion for patient health, and are overall childish and unprofessional. Too many are becoming nurses because they think it's cute! 💯
Say it louder.. I’m a nurse Istg I hate this profession so fqn bad. It’s literally a TRENDY profession at this point. You’re glorified for being one. But the pay, duties and benefit of being one will never add up to me. They are only doing it atp for clout.
@@aceboogie2984 🥹. I fear your perspective is now the rule and not the exception. I M holding out that those few exceptions to your observation will have a ripple impact within this profession
People have been going into nursing just for the bag forever. It's absolutely not a profession that everyone should be in. It always seems like high school bullies end up in nursing.

I actually didn't believe this was true initially, because of how basic the no-no issue of leaking info is.
Annual training won't let you forget.
And it is about more that just medical. It covers personal and tax information, too. Every single employee in the DHS must complete HIPAA training at least once per year. Sometimes, they hit us with it twice.

The irony of the nurse wearing the evil eye necklaces as an energy protection when she's the negative energy field 💀
We are all sinners. She let her envy get the better of her and it was all for naught. I used to practice New Age stuff and "evil eye" symbols do not work against the spirit of envy... They never did jack shit for me or for anyone I ever heard of in my _life_ anecdotally speaking, and it's important to note that _attracting_ envy also is not good juju, FYI (as someone who's done it), but Jesus loves you and will heal you from it, love you 💕😊💫

Bullshit
Not necessarily, most of these hospitals and clinics are already short staffed. That's probably what's supposed to happen, but I can bet it doesn't go like that most of the time.
Not true. Medical professionals (in the US) can and do treat people they know. Including friends and family. This nurse chose to abuse her position of power - And honestly, I’m studying medicine but as someone just working in the general healthcare field currently…. She knew WAY better. This is 1000% on her. They preach and preach and preach at us how important HIPAA compliance is, people get fired for doing that on accident.
You can def take care of patients that you know…
YOU CAN NOT BE IN ANYONE CHART YOU KNOW!!!! Especially close friends and family!! You will get fired. I know this because I worked in the hospital for 5 years. Definitely a violation smh
the mean girl to nurse pipeline is real
Yeah but thankfully they burn out…or they become ADON or DON…but I’m still in the game and I handle those rude britches with ease. I talk to them as if they are my child because they behave quite childlike and clique ish many of them. Im just an LPN but I have 25 years active in this game so I’ve seen a lot since 1997 Lordy knows. Nursing is ghetto at this point, but I definitely mentor in my own way and try to show them some love, but whew sometimes it’s a feat! On a good note…it only takes one good nurse to bring the other nurses up to par. I try to lead by example by my work ethic so at least they respect me. Early to work, late to leave, helpful and smiling. I’m at a peaceful place in my life so I understand many of the younger nurses are dealing with stressors that I no longer have. My kids are grown, no man is bothering me unless it’s a good type of bother so I’m chilling. May God protect us all and give us the time we need to live, learn and grow….Amen?

And they say nurses are the most trusted professionals… Tuh!! I’m a nurse and work with a few chics who’ve almost got their asses rocked by patients for talking trash about the patients within earshot of their rooms.

I usually have wonderful nurses, but I had to request the nurse manager for one. I told her my post surgical pain was still quite high (I had undiagnosed fibromyalgia at the time, now I know to discuss it beforehand) but that I wanted to use the restroom and eat something to see if that helped. So this nurse calls my doctor within earshot and asks for more pain meds and I hear her say “ya, I know. I can’t get her out of here fast enough”.
I’ve never been back to that hospital since.
ME TOO what the hell are we able to do when nurses are shitty. I confronted a doctor + nurse who were right out in front of my room talking shit cause of a large seen they made in my room throwing socks at me because I was brought by aid car 8 hours ish earlier and they dumped me on the street at 6 am in the freezing cold with no shoes no pants and no shirt that’s why the doctor threw socks on the bed next to me cause she was getting very aggressive with the fact she didn’t care I was leaving no matter what. Other people who were coming in there shifts were very concerned by me outside for almost a hour shivering and hysterical. They also knew what went on cause the hospital was notorious for indignant care and treatment of patients the doctor and nurse just shut there mouths and kept there mouths shut didn’t say a word when I asked how to get out of the er cause if they are just going to sit outside my room and berate me as a human being I will just leave n go somewhere else for better care. Another nurse helped me find my way out of the back rooms of the er the look on her face looked like she felt very uncomfortable with what she witnessed too I could tell she cared about me as a person esp in that moment but couldn’t do much because of how shitty the er doctors and personnel are as a whole it’s cult mentality in some places
The fact that she did all that post op shows what she would’ve done beforehand 😂
I've had the pleasure of working with nurses, both young and old, who gave their compassion and such into their patients. Fortunately, I've only encountered less than 10 horrible nurses. The worst ones were those who didn't have proper time management, or they had a look of being annoyed that they had to work.

@@karimanicolette1210 no it's not because there is no identity attached to it, ok so in nursing alot of our work is surrounded by case studies, and case studies are past issues experienced by certain patients In order for us to advance our care we learn from these past no patient name events, so it is not the same at all! It's also known as evidence based practices. When you put a name to the story then that John doe or Jane doe no longer exist and you are then violating the federal law known as HIPPA. Learn what constitutes a HIPPA violation, because if that's the case then the news, researchers, nurse educators, platforms like Mayo

@@karimanicolette1210 it's not a HIPPA Violation if you don't disclose the name, and location of the person. His favorite joke he was known for was someone asked him if "are we hippa compliant? And he would respond with "yeah man, hippos rock. We're compliant!"
Hes in prison now. I think he has 6 years left give or take to still be compliant to the hippos
Strangely enough it was actually a really solid company overall, just a really really bad apple who ended up impacting a lot of peoples lives with his "work"

She lacks competence. I worked way too hard to throw my nursing license away. Very disrespectful too! Wow! We make enough money to the point that it’ll break you if you lose your license. It’s your bread and butter.
Im a nurse . What she did was illegal!!
Duh 😂
Nurses are ghetto af nowadays
I would be The one who pressed charges on her so she can do that one year. Maybe 10 years due to her intent. Definitely would have sat here fall through with the charges
She updated her closed friends to tell them she got beat up🤣🤣
Like a 15 year old 😂
I love the praise you give to your wife’s career. That’s so awesome to hear! Great nurses need to be recognized! ❤
Social Media really destroyed a lot of women
Bc men were already ruined? 😂

@@Marisa-kq7gk a lot of people destroy *themselves* using social media. Social media can be an amplification of whatever or whoever you are irl, you can choose to watch silly cat videos and connect with friends or post someone's medical info and get your ass beat irl 💀
I’m an LPN and I did nursing in high school. We weren’t even allowed to have our phones on the floor, let alone take pictures! One of the first things we learn is HIPPA! Nursing is too hard to lose your license over some lame ass beef! I will NEVER play with HIPPA or do some BS to lose my license like that. She could have easily asked to switch assignments if it bothered her that much. She got everything coming to her.
Your pfp got me on the floor
I’m studying to being a nurse. I appreciate your wife and you sharing love for the healthcare workers!
Someone I know was doing that for a long time with patients at the VA. She got fired, lost her retirement and almost went to prison. Yes, that is a criminal offense and you could go to prison for it.
Ananda should have LOVED her SON more than she despised that PATIENT.
She needs to lose her license and do jail time for this deliberate violation of privacy!!! This is the dumbest ish EVER!!! that violation war rented that beat down!
I would have called a lawyer right then and there!
nah… she gave herself a bad name the nurses is still good❤
The way you spoke about your wife at the start of the video. Instant subbie. I’m new here but that was a vibe. Chef’s kiss. 😊
Welcome!!
Yesssss literally ❤❤❤
I'm glad your wife got awards for how hard she worked as a nurse. I never got an award for all my hard work in the past 30 years. I kind of wonder what it's like to get one but congratulations to your wife❤
🏆For 30 yrs of hard work and dedication. Thank You!!😊
Lost her nursing license and still have to pay them student loans. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
I have a chronic illness so im a frequent flyer at the hospital, and my nurses are the most caring, hard working under appreciated ppl walking this earth. This nurse violated trust and a bunch of other factors
As hard as I worked for my physical therapist liscence ain't no damn way I'm risking it to get the last lick.
She got her licks in and boutta cash out. That’s real justice😂
I'm a therapist and we have to take HIPPA classes literally every year.
People already ont trust people in the medical field and this is further proves their point. I'm glad she cooked and fried over this. Hope she got her bank account ready fir these lawsuits
On top of being caught, she couldnt shut up and stop self snitching.. whatever chance she possibly had to fix it, she ruined it
Clearly slow man
She was an incompetent danger to public safety.
