Very nice work. I have a doubt, is the stand direct fit apart from the nut welding and patti?
Yes,after attaching the stand in main frame and after that we did the welding.
Actually you only need to increase the height by 1.5 to 2 inch. The Patti is not required. The stand already comes with a small attachment where you can fit the rubber stopper. It is near the left side mounting of the center stan. I mean near the left side bolt of the stand. I have also used the gixxer 150 stand in my V-Strom without the extra patty. It works perfectly. Doesent touch the silencer.
Yes i noticed it later that left side in stand,there is a place for rubber.

Hey bro, I am planning to buy V-storm 250 but my height is 5.4, I have test ride the bike for around 6 km in the city and the pillion was sitting with me and I found no problem at all. But I am little bit concerned about the comfort in day to day traffic, if I have to reverse the bike with sitting on it and all the little things. You can understand. I am a experienced rider with 28 years of experience, I owned Pulsar 150, Pulsar 200 (not NS or RS) and Activa. I want to buy a adventure bike and all adventure bikes are tall. Please suggest me.
If you have skill,you can handle it easly,height doesn't matter

Gixxer wala stand Cutting karwa ke beech me 1.5 inch ka pipe lagwane se finishing jyada accha aata bhai.. Welding wala hi ushko accha ragarkar ek barabar kar deta
