I wish I get the hectic ones after becoming an HR Manager. Also, I fail to understand why someone looks for chill at work. Isn't work meant to be serious? Occasional fun is ok, but looking for chill or less work load is quite bad so early in the career.
Loved your videos, I have a keen interest in HRM, just gave my 1st cat exam didn't do well ,preparing for xat let's keep my fingers crossed will also apply for tiss after viewing your videos. Ctc be it 15 lpa to 33 lpa. In-hand will range from 1 lakh to 1.3 lakh

@@soumyaroy3521 oh.. actually why I'm asking all this is because currently i am having a very chill job 9 to 5:30. 5days a week.. work from home highway designing job in a top Netherlands design company.. the only issue is package.. the average package of TISS would be somewhere around 3 to 4 times of my current package.. and it would take me at least 10-15 years of working here to reach the same level of package.. that's the sole reason why i want to join HRM LR of TISS.. apart from that i have interest too in management and I don't mind working upto 12 hours a day.. because at the rate of TISS' package i would have to work for lesser number of years to say reach a corpus of 3 or 5 crores.. the only doubt i have is that would it become too hectic to handle a job of HR from TISS?

Average or Median in TISS is around 20 lakhs today.....And within 10-15 years TISS Alumnis get around a crore package.....You will have the money to literally buy anything and go anywhere.....But is money everything in life bro?? Your physical health,mental health matters bro....think about that...

Yes, mostly the folks in Talent acquisition. But compared to sales, I would say not that stringent. Sales people bring in the revenue, so more pressure is there ins Sales for sure.

It again depends on the organization and the culture. But this extreme stress is very rare
