Its the essence of learning our potential, I have found that the best is our capacity to over come problems rather than avoiding them, and , like the relay , it is a joy in finding yoyr own way to eesolve some problems, it makes future problems that bit less scary . My own latest problem is my ongoing blindness, so Pip enjoy the abilities you have and the race.

Hang in there PIP remember last race a boat broke into half - Alex Thomas new boat broke down. If you keep those events in mind you’re well ahead don’t wear the issues your just conducting boat maintenance! ❤keep up your strength sleep or more problems will be made through lack of sleep!!
The biggest danger of single handed sailing is getting tired. That's when you start making mistakes, or when you finally do sleep, sleep so deeply that you don't hear a flapping sail! Get some rest, Pip, the big wind is yet to come!
Go Pip, we're all cheering for you! Don't forget to get enough drink and calories - being dehydrated or glycogen deficient ("bonking" in cycling parlance) can also make a person emotional. I love how you are able to fix things with your ingenuity. Skol!

There's so many who would feel as you do now if their car broke down on the M1 with full AA membership.. You're overcoming adversity on levels 99% of the population can't even imagine.
