The key is at the end. After everything that happened in the whole Prologue, when Jin pulled out the polaroid at the end, Suga was missing from the picture. There are theories that everyone but Jin is dead, that Jin is dead and everyone else is alive, or that there is some sort of multiple personality thing going on and the rest aren't "real".
This is my perspective on this part of the series. Now I've always supported the youth theme and seeing Jin as the main one with the six as different parts of him. But while the after credit scene makes me stand by that theory, just for this I’ll view them as 7 guys. (Excuse this for being long). Firstly there’s Taehyung (V). He’s sitting alone after killing his abusive father. So because he’s a bit scared, he calls his hyung whom I believe to be Namjoon (Rap Monster). Since you watched the Wings series, just link ‘Stigma’ with ‘Reflection.’Tae wanted to call Namjoon but the latter couldn’t get to the phone. Now right after we see Taehyung move to an area and lie on a mattress that’s located at an abandoned swimming pool.. From the entire video it’s basically the boys being together. Now it could be right after the events in I need u (INU) but since it’s Prologue, I believe it’s Tae since ‘I need u’ reminiscing about a happier time. Although It’s ok to view these events as happening after INU if you want. But obviously since he’s dealing with the negativity at home and although he plays around with his friends there are three moments where he breaks away from them. The first where he lies on the mattress looking at the photo of his parent and himself (ref to Jhope’s Mama short film), secondly when he climbs up on the roof and thirdly when he climbs the diving platform. He tries to find moments when he could be alone. Also the second point foreshadows the third. Also note from an abandoned swimming pool they moved towards an ocean. Also Blood, sweat and tears the original version, Taehyung jumped off the ledge and had lost his wings. In Blood, sweat and tears Japanese version, he stands at a height and wears a jacket that has ‘lone wolf’ written on it. Now somewhere along the line I’m lacking in some pointers but I’ll move on to Rap Mon. It’s , I assume, the same gas station in INU. It also looks like he didn’t get the job as yet. So I still think the events at Prologue happened first, just that we’re seeing it as a flashback. But like I mentioned, you can still see it as happening after INU. Hoseok (Jhope) appears to be taking a nap but since the ‘making of’ reveals that his character has narcolepsy, it could be that as well. I’ve noticed that when Jin suggested the beach, everyone looked interested but Jimin seemed more pensive. Now I’m not sure what was going on with Yoongi (Suga) and Jungkook’s individual stories but the MV seemed to put them together. Like the hyung checking up on his dongsaeng. (Hyung is older brother to a male and dongsaeng is anyone younger than you). Then when Tae was lying on the mattress, Namjoon was the one who pulled him up. From there you can see that it could very well be Taehyung calling Namjoon after what he did. I believe what makes the film so genuine is that they (all the members of BTS) have this close friendship with each other. Whether scripted or unscripted, it’s pretty awesome to see. Now on to Jin. Jin is the one using his camera to capture all of the memories that they are making. The pink camera even makes an appearance in ‘Awake’, as well as the lighter that Yoongi had. There is also a moment where he seems a bit spaced out from the events that are occurring during that time. Like when he’s filming the butterfly. The Prologue also shows the theme of youth, of a happier time for the characters. Of course you still have to deal with unhappiness which INU depicts. INU shows a bit more maturity with jobs (Rap Mon at the gas station), health issues (Jhope and his medication), a failed relationship (Yoongi at the motel) and having to protect someone other than yourself (V protecting his sister). Now if you believe the entire Prologue is like a bit of a dream, I can see that as well. The butterfly and the lone white plastic bag seems to represent that dream like state.Jin having his photo taken with Yoongi seems like an illusion while the photo by himself is reality. Were the friends playing by the beach symbolic of freedom and happiness and Jin was actually alone in his truck the whole time? Only Bighit knows. Since the song ‘Butterfly’ has been playing in snippets through, let’s look at the lyrics: I still can’t believe it All of this seems like a dream Don’t try to disappear You’re just like a Butterfly From afar, I steal glances; if we touch hands, will I lose you? You shine in this pitch darkness that is the butterfly effect Your light touches, I forget the reality at once It’s like a wind that gently strokes me It’s like a dust that gently drifts along You’re there but for some reason, I can’t reach you, stop You, who’s like a dream is a butterfly high to me The events in Prologue can transition from dream to reality. There are events that seem to be reality and some that are illusion. Even certain actions are symbolic. The only actual death in the series, is Tae’s father being stabbed. Taehyung jumping off the platform is seen as a ‘symbolic death’ - this was explained by Dreamteller (seriously go check his channel, he’s a genius). There is also a line in the MV “You can smile as long as we’re together”. Now this made me wonder if BTS had any previous lyrics with that line. But for one of BTS’s latest songs ‘A Supplementary Story’ that was released in 2017, we have this: “Even if we’re filled with scars We can smile, if we’re together At the end of this road that I walk on by myself Whatever is there, I’ll take a step Though I get tired and hurt sometimes It’s alright, because I’m next to you” And I’ll stop there for now. Even I don’t have all of the answers to this But it’s just a theory and its good to check out more as well.
Zizi K. Here's the thing watched an interview with BTS and they explain EVERYTHING. But still great to see people react to it and come up with their own ideas.
I think it would be way easier for you if you knew the members... Then you would have realised that Jin is alone most of the time with the camera. V and Rap monster are always together. Jungkook and Suga are always together. And Jimin and J-Hope are always together. Which will be even more noticable in 'Run'
Memories! Yes! That's how most people interpret it as, that Jin the guy who always has a camera, is revisiting the places they'd been when all his friends were still alive and reliving memories, some see it as him trying to pinpoint hints of things to go. For example, V the guy who jumps at the end, is seen at the pool contemplating jumping, Suga is seen lighting a lighter again and again and then in INU he set himself on fire and Jhope, the guy who's sleepy when Jin first takes a Polaroid of three of his friends, he self-medicates and appears to have an overdose on sleeping pills in INU. Also, the reigning theory was that the others don't react when V jumps at the end, as 5 of them are dead already and waiting for him and Jin is only revisiting/remembering what V did.
I was screaming at my screen hoping one of you would notice! (but it was pretty difficult and probably needed a few watches to catch) The scene at the gas station where RapMonster takes a polaroid of Jin and Suga in the car links to the final scene after the credits when Jin pulls out the polaroid to find Suga has been erased/was never there....... that's a pretty big hint about the narrative in the next music videos you watch.
I only hope they notice before they watch Run! XD It's really important because a lot of people see Run as just some hooligan shenangiary blah which is true but also the layers of is it all memories, fake and you're all alone, etc.
It was so funny watching you guys wonder whether you had found the right video or not, but don't worry you did! The prologue isn't an ad, it's literally the second "episode" of the series. Also, like many have commented, the last scene with jin is very important as it is what helped create many theories for this series + the wings storyline. Hopefully you will react to "Run" and "Young Forever" as they are beautiful videos/songs and are the last of the series!. Thank you again for your reactions, love you guys!
Adriana Rodriguez yup probably the end credit for this video is the most important one in the HYYH and Wings series. Every time I watch every single video of those, I look back to Jin's scene
I truly love watching your reactions even when you're searching the right video. For some reason I concentrated more on the music than the visuals and heard a lot more of the different songs on album. Thank you because I got more out of this reaction than any I saw before.
there are snippets of songs from their album The Most Beautiful Moment in Life in this video. The song you heard when they were in the gas station is Ma City, and then of course Butterfly, and one of my favorite House of Cards. Please listen to that song maybe in your free time? Since your busy with lots of other videos. It was sung by the the vocal line (The rapper line has Cyphers 1-4, you should check that out if you're into rap music). I like all the songs from their albums, specially their Japanese album, which is rare for me. I don't even listen to rap before. Their non title tracks are so good. Also try to learn their names, it'll be easier to decipher the stories behind the MV
The reason why this short story was called prologue because it is the foundation and the introduction of most of their mind-blowing MVs and short films. That is why it is a bit confusing and it does not have that big effect like in the short films in their wings album. It would really help if you would familiarize with the members. Just like the one guy at the very end of prolugue. He is the guy(Jin) that always have the camera/Polaroid in almost all of their videos. The guy in the first scene(V) who has blood all over his hands. He is the one who stab his father in the I need u MV. So it really help if you would remember and know all of the members to somehow understand the stories they want to relay. Especially BTS will be having their comeback with new album this September and expect another mind blowing stories/films/videos/theories.😁
Another theory is that the series revolve around the death of Jin and how his friends become reckless and suicidal because of the loss. Prologue as the introduction actually starts at the moment when Jin is dying. His whole life, comprising of memories of being with his friends, flash before his eyes during his last moments. That's why throughout the series he is shown multiple times using the camera as if he is not part of the scene but reliving the moments as an outsider. At the camp fire, when he shows others a picture of white scenery (undeveloped picture) and asks them if they want to go there and they said yes and Jungkook blows out the flame (symbolizing death), the white picture actually represent the afterlife, the beach, which is so pure and far away from the darkness of the world. At the end the picture which was supposed to have both him and Suga only has him because now he has reached the other world and in this world his friends do not exist anymore and he realizes that at last. Actually no one is really sure who died. There are different theories, but to me this one was the best. There is another theory that Jin is the protagonist and he has multiple-personality disorder causing him to hallucinate that the other six individuals, his friends, are with him physically. But in the end the picture shows him that he is alone.

150907 is the date ahahah, September 7th, 2015 the date this prologue was released. And don't worry you guys found yeh right video!! What's next is Bts Run MV
There was supposed to be suga in the background of the Polaroid picture that rap monster put in the glove box at the end but he wasn't. That's where a lot of theories come up about who's dead and who's not and what all the little details symbolize
I don't know if you guys will see this but you're one of my fav channels now :) I love the way you guys take these videos with all your heart instead of just some easy passing thing and I enjoy the discussions too, which is rare. Keep at it guys! :D Now you guys didn't notice and I'm shocked I don't see more comments about this, but that photo at the end is the one they took at the gas station that was of 2 members. If you see at the end, the photo only shows Jin (the member ) by himself. Make of it what you will.
I'm commenting too much haha. I just love this video, album and video series so much. My desktop background is the scene when Tae jumped into the ocean. And I love BTS and their company so much. They made this video series when they were still poor but the quality of the videos and cinematography are great. They didn't have to do this video but they did. They're giving us so much
At the end, with Jin looking at the photo they took at the gas station, he was sad/shocked because obly Suga was in the picture even though they were both supposed to be in it. And, like other comments were saying, this isn't a music video or promo. It's a continuation of the story inside the MVs
Lol ya it's a little hard to notice but the picture at the end was the one taken of the 2 guys in the car at the gas station but now it shows that only one of them was ever there PS love your reactions!!
That final scene with Jin looking at the photo was very important as it sets the tone to many theories. I didn't get wheter you noticed it or not, but when Rap Monster took the photo, there were both Jin and Suga in said phot, but when Jin looks at it in the end Suga is not there anymore. You'll have to pay close attention to photos because they always showcase this duality, be it dream vs reality past vs present l ife vs dead 1 individual vs the different pieces that make him whole they are up to interpretation based on the theory you choose to follow. Either the boys are present while Jin is absent (Run) or Jin is present while the others are absent (like in this photo), but when the moment happened, when the photo was taken, they were supposedly all together. Now you have to watch Run and Young Forever. :) Don't worry, these don't have a 19+ version hahaha.
The song at the end is called House of Cards. The song that was playing throughout the video is Butterfly and you guys should react to House of Cards and Butterfly live performance!
Also, I don't know if you are interested, but one of the reasons why BTS became so popular, beside their amazing MVs, is the large amount of content that exists on youtube of just them being themselves. So I recommend you watch a "BTS try not to laugh challenge" or a fan made video about who they are eg. from the account Ramenai. That is if you are interested in learning more about their personalities and who they are as normal people.
BTW I am a huge fan of your reactions! I find it absolutely intriguing to watch as I always find new things to think about and your reactions always bring a smile to my face :D
Ah, I see you guys missed the significance of the post-credits scene. If you'll remember, earlier in the video, Rap Monster/Namjoon (the blonde with the lollypop) took that picture of Jin (the one who drove the car) and Suga/Yoongi (the one who set fire to his room in I Need U). But when Jin finally looked back at the polaroid at the end of the film, he's the only one in the shot.
butterflies are associated with dreams a lot too (i feel like more in asia than elsewhere..?) cuz of that one philosopher guy... and i think its just called the prologue because it was shown before one of their concerts started? from what ive gathered its more like a sequel to i need u
This video is just the continuation of the story line more than a music video (a prologue...if you will), the next video after this (Run) is a music video and the continuation of the story, then the video after that (Young Forever) is the last part of the story before the wings content (short films then the teaser) leading up to the Blood Sweat & Tears/Spring Day videos, then the tour trailer, and finally the Japanese blood sweat and tears video. They play videos during their concert that feed the story a little more but this is all we get so far.
There are many theories but this is mine so far: The seven guys lost themselves as their youth came to an end, and all ended up either dying or sinning except for Jin. 1. Namjoon - He's the only one who I don't have many ideas about... He clearly tried to help Tae after the murder incident, but I'm not sure what became of him. However, him trying to protect a murderer is a sin. He was also shown drinking the burnt picture with alcohol(?) before falling. Perhaps he also killed himself from the guilt of leaving Tae to his fate - missing the call? 2. Yoongi - lit his room on fire and died - after Tae goes to jail and everyone starts dying, he commits suicide after a fight with Jungkook. 3. Jimin - drowned himself after suffering from depression with Hoseok - he was put into a mental health facility after Hoseok committed suicide. Unable to overdose at the facility, he managed to get away and drown himself. 4. Taehyung - killed someone and went to jail; he's also the character that I relate to the "devil" who corrupted everyone's youth. In my theory, him committing murder most likely sent his friends down a spiral of sin and death. 5. Hoseok - overdosed after suffering from depression - many MV's show him taking pills and the settings are usually hospitals. In "RUN", he's also in a wheelchair for a moment during their party. 6. Jungkook - hit by a car and dies (?) - I think that Kookie really did die despite seeing him alive in the "HER" videos. 7. Jin - he's not shown interacting as much as the rest of the group and is not shown doing anything that would suggest him killing himself. He's also shown with flower petals that represent his friends perhaps? I think that the original timeline was destroyed, so Jin made a deal with the devil - Tae - in Blood Sweat and Tears Japanese Version. His gave his soul, represented by his missing heart near the end of the MV, and went back in time to save his friends from their destruction. This is also proven by the use of time stamps during the HER videos. Jin's flowers dropped, his friend died, and then he is shown again grabbing the flowers before they fall; but his expression is that of sorrow and pain. Jin also showed up at the gas station where Namjoon worked and said, "It's been a while." after he handed him the lighter. I think that Tae made a deal that he would be able to try to save his friends, but in the end... he'll probably be the only one to disappear. I believe that is why he's the only one in the photo, he's always lagging behind, he wasn't with the group when they went to see Taehyung in Prologue, and he's always in a white room by himself. Jin's trying to fix the timeline and give them another chance at life. But that's just a theory!
i don't know if you guys really noticed but his friend was supposed to be with him on that polaroid picture at the but he was not, it was just him! there are a lot of theories stating that this one guy (Jin) is the only one alive and the rest is dead or that he made up memories... it's very complicated and there are many interpretations but next in this series would be the "RUN" MV :)
Edit: Thanks for the reaction. Paige is my favorite on The Tide Pool though I enjoy you all :D! Idk why I thought you guys trying so hard to find the right video super funny lol. I think it's because I acknowledge that BTS has made their filmography so complicated/specific. The "coming soon" I think was in reference to the next mini album (aka EP) that was coming out. As other people probably pointed out, the significance of that last scene is that Rapmon took a photo of Jin and Suga, but when Jin looked at the photo later he was the only one in the picture. The theories on why that is branch off from there lol.
Next in the series is Run and then Young Forever Epilogue. You don't have to worry about not finding the right video since each song has only one video out. Run is a wild ride so be prepared, lol. Also, while watching Young Forever myself, I found it easier to get a grasp of the meaning of all the videos while leaving the subtitles on. I'm not going to spoil anything, but the subtitles for that song give you a good understanding on what all this is about!
This is the prologue to the album Most Beutiful Moment in Life part 2. The songs that used in this video were some from off this album. Also the guy at the end of the video is Jin. He was looking at the Polaroid in his hand and noticed that he was the only one present in the photo. The other guy, Suga, should have been in that photo as well but wasn't. And here, is the start of the BTS conspiracies. You can find all sorts of theories online now 😂
lollipops are like the Korean standard for not showing cigarettes on television...toothpicks too, but whenever you see someone standing outside sucking on a lollipop in Korean television, you just know. It's like a visual euphemism to protect the kiddies. It's interesting because they have very little drug problems, Korean smoke and drink A LOT. Drinking is just part of the culture and cigarettes, until recently, are incredibly cheap...they still cost less than they do in the US
In the end just Jin is in the picture.Suga is gone. So what's supposed to be? And the theories begin. Run is the next step, and after Young Forever, and then it should be Wings' solos, but you've seen it.
Next to this is RUN ... You haven't noticed that in the last part when Jin checked the polaroid picture he took out, it was just him on it when it was supoosed to be with another one(Suga) as what Rapmon shot when they were in the gasoline station. Due to this a lot of theories came up and feel free to have your own.😊 Thanks for reacting to BTS btw! 💖
*So keep in mind guys that BTS theory videos are kinda lowkey they make you think something happy and fun is going on when it's something deep and really really messed up {The next one is called Run}*
At the end. Jin took out the photo and looked at it. His smile disappeared when he realized that he was alone at the picture when he actually took it with Suga but in the photo, Jin was all alone which makes him sad. Please react to BTS Run. That's the next one after the prologue then after the RUN watch the Epilogue: young forever
so there is an over arching story going on in all of these videos that you may catch if you watch them in order. There are two different theories circulating them, one is that Jin, the guy with the camera, died and all of his friends are reacting to his death while he watches them from the beyond, refusing to move on because he can't bear to leave them.this explains the flower petals around his heart representing his friends, and his short film about him finally letting him go. It also explains spring day where the friends finally except his passing and go on the trip where they eventually end up hanging the shoes on the tree which signifies someone passing or leaving. the other theory, and one that perhaps fits the Demain books concept more, is that there is only Jin and all of his "friends" are really just different representations of himself and how he is coping with growing up. none of them are real, hence the end of this video where he looks at the photo taken of him and suga and yet suga is no longer there, it's only him alone in the photo. these are the two theories circulating the internet on these short films and music videos, hopefully that helps
Loved the reaction, as usual. I'm sorry you felt so panicked about whether or not you had the right video; you must have had a bad experience with "I Need U," which I think is the only one with the different age video. We ARMYs are very passionate, haha.
Awsaya yes, i felt bad and sorry 😅😅 us armys must have commented quite "passionately" about I Need U mv. that is the only version with 19+ ratings... hope they continue with bts reaction. i really like their interpretation 😄
"Love the reaction" Lol, they completely misinterpreted the entire MV even thinking V killing himself in the end as "COOL" and when rest of the members were telling him to get down, they interpreted as "they are telling him to do it, jump!" but what would typical genius I-fans know besides being usual reaction whores?
So in the end, Jin saw the Polaroid that rap monster (lollipop guy) had take with the Polaroid at the gas station, and it supposed to have two guys in the photo, Jin and suga, but there was only Jin. I hope you watch Run and Young Forever too, in run there is a scene after credits too, you should pay a lot of attention hahahahaahahha love your reaction ! LOVE FROM BRAZIL
The last bit after the credits with jin and the photo... it was the photo he took with Suga in the car but now in the photo Suga was missing. The next one to watch now would be Run. A lot of theories believe that one or all but one of the members are dead while are theories have Jin as the lead with the other members being parts of himself as well as parallel universe due to the Blood sweat and tears Japanese version. Just some things to think about =D
Being honest, I'm not good at english, but I'm not good at subtitling your video, I do not know how much they understood or not x'D However, I still dare to mention some of the data about the MV: - The Prologo song is BUTTERFLY - The one that was lying on the mattress at the beginning is the same one that was covered with blood. The photo that squeezes in hands is of a child and his mother (the one in any case) - The song heard at the gas station is called "MA CITY" - The one that jumps in the end is the same one of the mattress, the same one that was covered of blood and therefore the same one that killed the man in the video of I NEED U (since already they saw Wings (Stigma), they better understand that part, And intuit that the man who kills is his father who mistreated them and his sister). - The melody of credits belongs to the truck "HOUSE OF CARDS" (from the same album) - In the extra scenes, the boy of the end (Jin) porne that expression because that is the photo that was taken with the other two in the gas station, but when he sees the photo he is the only one that comes out in her.
I'm excited to see what you'll have to say about the LOVE_YOURSELF project once you catch up on all the videos! ARMYs are really clueless rn because we were so deep in theories that we didn't see that coming AT ALL
i was thinking of that too just they should take a break from all the theory stuffs i mean if you dont wanna have a mental breakdown i sugest you too to watch Save Me amazing song and video wich was filmed in just one take it is a masterpiese youll love it and seriously just take a break and clear your mind then you can go back and finish the series ok??? greets from Argentina(in case you didnt noticed in my awful english)😅
aesth yes please then watch the making if Save Me back to back with the music video for additional perspective, the making is just a few minutes longs, get the one with English subs. :) take a break from all of these
lol if you need a guide there are literally videos that just put everything in sequential order so you can just watch from start to finish. It's like an hour plus long! BTS can literally make a movie now with their content. (not that they already haven't with the making of DVDs of their concerts) But maybe you shoud have just started with that video and just written down the times you stopped at :P It confused me for a long time, but it's not a prologue to the story...but to the stage. It's what they released before starting their new tour at the time to hype it up. They release an amazing trailer for their current world tour that yall should watch last of all!! It' is really freaking gorgeous!! and blows your mind a bit
Yesss!! I hope you do, but it has so many inside jokes that I think you wouldn't enjoy it as much as people hope. You would need to learn the member's names and watch a video explaining the inside jokes first.
u guys not realize it, the last guy who holding the picture actually take a picture with his friend in the car when they are on the gas station. so hes not alone in the picture but the reality hes all alone. so whts ur opinion? is all of his friends died? dissapeared? or its just a halusination friend for this last guy?
I think they are going to explain the whole story in the mini dramas that those posters are about imho. They did filming earlier in the year individually, i think we are going to finally find out for sure!!
At the end Jin was looking at the picture Namjoon took of him and Yoongi at the car ( gas station scene) but he was missing from the picture! A lot of theories say Jin is actually dead.... Jhope I helped out a bit!
React to bts's Love Yourself highlight reels. there are 4 on bighit's youtube channel. the 4th one has the first 3 plus the last one all together. Also there are cc english subtitles! thank you for your reactions and commentary :D
Bts makes series of short films to introduce their album. Every album they have concept. hYYH is youth concept dealing with depressions, problems youth go through., the wings album concept is about temptations of youth. The next album has another concept. Im not sure what it is.
after you have reacted to run please react to justally's theory- Jin is Dead. It may help to learn there names as you can see how there are bonds with specific memebers such as V and Rap mon, Suga and Jungkook, Jimin and Jhope but Jin is usually by himself
React to house of cards and born singer from BTS please. 🙏🏼 Actually if you saw the photo at the end you'll notice that Jin was by himself but when he took the photo it was with someone else! MIND BLOWN or nah?
The last in the line of videos is called "Run". (Not counting the Young Forever epilogue that is) People have many theories and different ways of interpreting what the actual story is, but sadly no one really can say... I think you're starting to think too hard about the videos lol, there's just 2 versions of I Need U, the rest are all pretty normal.
Ok the glitches got me here So Jin does appears here at the end but if you go at the original version on bighit he does not appear Tell me if i'm wrong And going crazy AHHHH
WARNING: BTS comeback in September !!!!!!! EEEKKKK!!!!!! Hope you guys will be reacting to their new stuff as well. FYI, they have been releasing posters / notes that seemingly relates to their previous videos and theories!
10:04 oh my gosh I think I got it I mean when Jin was recording it look like if he was with the another guys but then when he was like watching a video she was all alone
He toke a picture in the gas station and suga was also in it when rapmon toke it but at the end Jin only saw himself... get what I'm trying to say... the next video you need to watch is RUN 👍🏻
I'm late but you guys should watch the Highlight Reels too, they put everything from Run, Prologue, I need U, Young Forever, Blood Sweat and Tears, together
The key is at the end. After everything that happened in the whole Prologue, when Jin pulled out the polaroid at the end, Suga was missing from the picture. There are theories that everyone but Jin is dead, that Jin is dead and everyone else is alive, or that there is some sort of multiple personality thing going on and the rest aren't "real".
bts' songs are like a puzzles you just need to put them together in right order.
Since the song ‘Butterfly’ has been playing in snippets through, let’s look at the lyrics:
I still can’t believe it
All of this seems like a dream
Don’t try to disappear
You’re just like a Butterfly
From afar, I steal glances; if we touch hands, will I lose you?
You shine in this pitch darkness that is the butterfly effect
Your light touches, I forget the reality at once
It’s like a wind that gently strokes me
It’s like a dust that gently drifts along
You’re there but for some reason, I can’t reach you, stop
You, who’s like a dream is a butterfly high to me
The events in Prologue can transition from dream to reality.
But for one of BTS’s latest songs ‘A Supplementary Story’ that was released in 2017, we have this:
“Even if we’re filled with scars
We can smile, if we’re together
At the end of this road that I walk on by myself
Whatever is there, I’ll take a step
Though I get tired and hurt sometimes
It’s alright, because I’m next to you”
And I’ll stop there for now. Even I don’t have all of the answers to this But it’s just a theory and its good to check out more as well.
Wow!👍👍
Thanks. :)
Whalien '97 amazing... Really helpful
Zizi K. Here's the thing watched an interview with BTS and they explain EVERYTHING. But still great to see people react to it and come up with their own ideas.
Tiffany Gittens what interview is this
I think it would be way easier for you if you knew the members...
XD It's really important because a lot of people see Run as just some hooligan shenangiary blah which is true but also the layers of is it all memories, fake and you're all alone, etc.
it was jin who wasn't there. The pic had suga only in it
Kara Lindstrom it was jin there '-' suga disappeared
@@karalindstrom7729 it was clearly Jin he was wearing a black shirt
Search for House of Cards! It's the end credit music.
there are snippets of songs from their album The Most Beautiful Moment in Life in this video.

Hey gyus!! the continuous video is RUN...luck.
There was supposed to be suga in the background of the Polaroid picture that rap monster put in the glove box at the end but he wasn't. That's where a lot of theories come up about who's dead and who's not and what all the little details symbolize
yes! My weekly dose of your BTS videos. Pay attention also to the end credits of Run MV
at the end there was only 1person in the photo but when it was taken at the gas station there were 2. the whole mv was defined by that moment.
I'M SHOOKKKK, EVERYTIME I WATCH THIS ❤
Isn't it weird that RapMon took a picture of both Jin and Suga, yet at the end it's just Jin. (Theory: Jin is the main entity).
I love that the comments section is filled with essay long commmets hahaha.
I'm commenting too much haha. I just love this video, album and video series so much. My desktop background is the scene when Tae jumped into the ocean. And I love BTS and their company so much. They made this video series when they were still poor but the quality of the videos and cinematography are great. They didn't have to do this video but they did. They're giving us so much
I'M GOING TO SAY THIS BUT CAN WE ALL JUST APPRECIATE HOW THEY TRIED SO HARD TO GET THE RIGHT ONE THIS IS WHY I SUBBED PEOPLE
Literally just rewatched your other BTS reactions, ready for when this video was to come out
Btw, there's only one version of the prologue :))
At the end, with Jin looking at the photo they took at the gas station, he was sad/shocked because obly Suga was in the picture even though they were both supposed to be in it. And, like other comments were saying, this isn't a music video or promo. It's a continuation of the story inside the MVs
Lol ya it's a little hard to notice but the picture at the end was the one taken of the 2 guys in the car at the gas station but now it shows that only one of them was ever there
PS love your reactions!!
That final scene with Jin looking at the photo was very important as it sets the tone to many theories. I didn't get wheter you noticed it or not, but when Rap Monster took the photo, there were both Jin and Suga in said phot, but when Jin looks at it in the end Suga is not there anymore.
You'll have to pay close attention to photos because they always showcase this duality, be it
dream vs reality
past vs present l
ife vs dead
1 individual vs the different pieces that make him whole
they are up to interpretation based on the theory you choose to follow.
The next is " Run " by BTS and on stage Prologue is the concert, is amazing
smashed tht like button before even watching the video.. so hyped!!! lol
There are many theories but this is mine so far:
The seven guys lost themselves as their youth came to an end, and all ended up either dying or sinning except for Jin.
You can find all sorts of theories online now 😂
The next MV is Run!!
The piano track at the beginning is Clair de Lune by Claude Debussy ! Really beautiful and calming piece.
Y'all need to start giving them the links~
lollipops are like the Korean standard for not showing cigarettes on television...toothpicks too, but whenever you see someone standing outside sucking on a lollipop in Korean television, you just know.
Due to this a lot of theories came up and feel free to have your own.😊
Thanks for reacting to BTS btw!
Yeah, I hope so too. They're really cool and open-minded. I like that they appreciate the artistic aspects of this series.
LOVE FROM BRAZIL
you guys are so much better than fomo daily. i really enjoy your reaction videos.
I always get such a Peter Pan and the Lost Boys feel from this vid. Thanks for the reaction.
i loveyour reactions >.< thx so much!
The photo jin looked at at the very end is the one Rap Monster took of him and suga at the gas station. When Jin looked at it he wasn't in the photo
now is "Run "mv turn
Being honest, I'm not good at english, but I'm not good at subtitling your video, I do not know how much they understood or not x'D
However, I still dare to mention some of the data about the MV:
- The Prologo song is BUTTERFLY
- The one that was lying on the mattress at the beginning is the same one that was covered with blood. The photo that squeezes in hands is of a child and his mother (the one in any case)
- The song heard at the gas station is called "MA CITY"
- The one that jumps in the end is the same one of the mattress, the same one that was covered of blood and therefore the same one that killed the man in the video of I NEED U (since already they saw Wings (Stigma), they better understand that part, And intuit that the man who kills is his father who mistreated them and his sister).
- The melody of credits belongs to the truck "HOUSE OF CARDS" (from the same album)
- In the extra scenes, the boy of the end (Jin) porne that expression because that is the photo that was taken with the other two in the gas station, but when he sees the photo he is the only one that comes out in her.
Forget to say thanks for the video reaction, I'll wait anxiously for the next part with the MV of "RUN"
Dudes just relax and enjoy more of their sick beats: Dope, Save me, No more dreams etc
I'm excited to see what you'll have to say about the LOVE_YOURSELF project once you catch up on all the videos! ARMYs are really clueless rn because we were so deep in theories that we didn't see that coming AT ALL
*Yall need to give them fckin links nxt time u request*
*I feel bad that they feel guilty for watching the wrong stuff*
next "Save me" by BTS please.. . .. .forget the conspiracy for awhile XD and listen to their good music.
i was thinking of that too just they should take a break from all the theory stuffs i mean if you dont wanna have a mental breakdown i sugest you too to watch Save Me amazing song and video wich was filmed in just one take it is a masterpiese youll love it and seriously just take a break and clear your mind then you can go back and finish the series ok??? greets from Argentina(in case you didnt noticed in my awful english)😅
lmao "take a break and clear your mind then you can go back and finish the series" hell yeh
aesth yes please then watch the making if Save Me back to back with the music video for additional perspective, the making is just a few minutes longs, get the one with English subs. :) take a break from all of these
Just for the sake of their mental health!!!! 😅😅
aesth or DOPE! They haven't seen it yet. It's BTS' most viewed music video and it's near 200M. ARMY, don't forget to stream Dope. :)
lol if you need a guide there are literally videos that just put everything in sequential order so you can just watch from start to finish. It's like an hour plus long! BTS can literally make a movie now with their content. (not that they already haven't with the making of DVDs of their concerts) But maybe you shoud have just started with that video and just written down the times you stopped at :P
It confused me for a long time, but it's not a prologue to the story...but to the stage. It's what they released before starting their new tour at the time to hype it up. They release an amazing trailer for their current world tour that yall should watch last of all!! It' is really freaking gorgeous!! and blows your mind a bit
Hi!!, I'm from Spain, and I love your reaction of kpop. ❤️❤️
U know what, I feel like I'm in a lit english class whenever I watch bts cause bruh
Please react to ,,house of army "it's so funny 😂
Am I the only one who realized that they called it Chinese? Also, that's Clair de Lune, not Fur Elise.
Your video is so good !!!!!♥
Please React to BTS HYYH you can see how they perform live..they have beautiful voices and theyre down to earth people. I LOVE THEM..pls REACT
I think they are going to explain the whole story in the mini dramas that those posters are about imho. They did filming earlier in the year individually, i think we are going to finally find out for sure!!
After this you need to checking out RUN MV
I've never seen the very end with Jin. Dang.
atlast! 😍
the pink camera that Jin had was the same one in the Wings short films
At the end Jin was looking at the picture Namjoon took of him and Yoongi at the car ( gas station scene) but he was missing from the picture! A lot of theories say Jin is actually dead....
Jhope I helped out a bit!
I think y'all would enjoy So Hyang's rendition of Arirang Alone, or any of her other covers, as well as Mamamoo's rendition of Backwoods
It's about the butterfly effect.
YASSS FINALLY!
Now you should watch RUN by them
Save me and Young forever next
React to bts's Love Yourself highlight reels. there are 4 on bighit's youtube channel. the 4th one has the first 3 plus the last one all together. Also there are cc english subtitles! thank you for your reactions and commentary :D
Bts makes series of short films to introduce their album. Every album they have concept. hYYH is youth concept dealing with depressions, problems youth go through., the wings album concept is about temptations of youth. The next album has another concept. Im not sure what it is.
the next video shud be RUN MV tho for the last series
after you have reacted to run please react to justally's theory- Jin is Dead. It may help to learn there names as you can see how there are bonds with specific memebers such as V and Rap mon, Suga and Jungkook, Jimin and Jhope but Jin is usually by himself
The next video is RUN and the last video is YOUNG FOREVER , check it plz
Next up you guys should react to Save Me mv and Young Forever mv!
Save Me is my favorite BTS song
This is ok guys don't worry. I need u is the only 19+ version.
React to house of cards and born singer from BTS please. 🙏🏼 Actually if you saw the photo at the end you'll notice that Jin was by himself but when he took the photo it was with someone else! MIND BLOWN or nah?
15:59 out of all the times i watched that how come ive never noticed this im
you should react to "Run" mv next :))
Please react to "House of cards" beautiful music and incredible lyrics 😉
The last in the line of videos is called "Run". (Not counting the Young Forever epilogue that is) People have many theories and different ways of interpreting what the actual story is, but sadly no one really can say... I think you're starting to think too hard about the videos lol, there's just 2 versions of I Need U, the rest are all pretty normal.
You should whatch run after that and the highlight reel in a new
Ok the glitches got me here
So Jin does appears here at the end but if you go at the original version on bighit he does not appear
Tell me if i'm wrong
And going crazy AHHHH
Stefany Alegria
When u watch it again the audio at the end goes distorted.Im getting chills man.
