Good day sir. I'm having a problem with my case. We overheated it and damaged compressor. Replaced the compressor and it cools down to correct temp within a few minutes. Perfect. Problem then is as soon as it shuts off at 34 degrees the temp immediately starts to rise and goes up to 42 degrees within a couple of minutes. Then it turns on and cools down to 34 again within a few minutes and shuts off. Then right away the temp. goes back up. This repeats itself over and over. I'm afraid this will ruin the compressor again. Any idea why the temp. rises immediately ? Thank you and I hope you can help me. Brand is a 5 year old 6' LEADER case and this is compressor # 4 we put in.
Hello, thankyou for reaching out to us. In regards to your issue, this is may probably be that your compressor is of a higher power than the actual display itself, we would recommend that you get your local techinican to have a look at it.
Hello, thankyou for reaching out to us. Your cake display counter should be having a temperature control that is to be used to regulate the temperature within the cake display chamber. You should reduce the temperatures on it to a lower point. If this is faulty, please do contact your local technician to come assist.
The manufacturer tells me that there is an electrical surge or power issue. Can that be? We have 3 chillers and they had all reached 24C. They are new
