+Brewington Bryant NM found it... it's a 1973 Gibson SJN Country Western with a second pickguard stuck on top.

I think he is actually playing a Gibson Heritage Acoustic with double bat winged pickguards. You can search on google and the original Heritage guitars came with black or tortoise pickguards.

+Levinmusic i agree with you. if you play from 3:00 the next couple of seconds you can just see that it says heritage and looks identical head design. And down to the very square pearlescent markers
