The only difference is that the atv630u75n4 is latest (2016)model with more function and atv212hu75n4(2014) with lower function compare to atv630. If you don't require more complicated function then atv212 is best for you.

Average of Boath value will consider by VFD. But it can cause problem in PLC analogue output...

Assign any jog input by 505 parameter and then connect a NO pushbuttons across jog assign input and your vfd common terminal.
