The group need to keep pushing for the club to allow banners full stop. It's a beautiful sight at St James park when all the fans have got banners, we all know what we can't have them, because Sullivan and Brady constantly give the fans a reason to slag them off, they can't help themselves.
@@chrisharris5497 hey Chris. We have had discussions with the club about this as well. They are open to having fan made flags and banners on matchdays that can be placed/allocated to people. Good that you mention St James' Park, because we want to emanate exactly what they do. We will get there one day with continued support ⚒️
@@peterwhitelock848 this already exists Peter, many supporters groups are on the concessions case, and we are fully aware of it and support their efforts. We have a different campaign, but they are separate from eachother.
So for all those fans who don’t sit in that section to pay for it is a bit of a Liberty. The odd mosaic here & there won’t change the long term. I sit in the west stand and have done since day one and for 8 years we had no vendors outside our section. Very rarely is there a program seller. We have a bar that sells either Heineken 0.0 or Amstell at inflated prices, when all the other bars around the ground are getting Moretti, ciders and all sorts of other beers, outside the turnstiles for J and K etc they get a DJ on the concourse, they get food outlets, they get drink outlets. We get fuck all. we are literally forgotten because we are wedged between away supporters and the directors entrance. when somebody gonna start campaigning for us to change our atmosphere on match day?
This exact attitude is the reason why our atmosphere is so poor at times. Obviously it will vary depending on how big the game is and how well we are playing, but on average the support really can be poor, especially when the players need us most. There are clubs out there who's atmosphere is always good whether they win or lose. Leeds, Forest, Newcastle, many more. How do you attribute your statement to them?
@@willbellew2995 the crowd will always sign bubbles at the beginning, will always be up for it - if the team start off well, the crowd will continue… regardless of whether it’s a big team we’re playing. Things like the mosaics etc aren’t the solution IMO

A fan led campaign against the loss of concessions would be of greater benefit for fans ⚒️
