  • June is LGBTQ Pride Month. To celebrate, Philip, one of the hosts of the Self-Determination Channel, sat down with Christie Carter, the Aging and Disability Coordinator at the Milwaukee LGBTQ Center, to talk about issues facing people who have disabilities and identify as LGBTQ. Christie shared that 40% of the LGBT community have disabilities. Be sure to watch this interesting and informative interview.
