What a "pick me up" this video was for me. I was feeling down and this beautiful lady helped bring me around. May God Almighty return it to you a thousand times over and give you more than you can ever imagine for the blessing you were to me.

I agree with the fluids and I try to make sure to drink at least one or more Powerades a day. And take advantage of your ostomy nurse and ask any questions if you think it's silly or not. My ostomy nurse ordered all the samples for me and check what your insurance will cover. I was paranoid too and I do it all, exercise multiple times a week, date, drink 🍹 great video

Leah Vosburg I have to keep something with me to drink all the time!! Gotta ask question and LEARN! But most importantly get out there and live your life!! 😊

My son has Crohn's disease and he just had the ostomy surgery. He is having a hard time because he is having pain in his intestines. He doesn't want to eat much. Was you having problems like this? What was your recovery like?

When will be right time to be able to close my os is the ideal no. of months before getting to close my ostomy to get back normal rectal disposal. Then what are do’s and don’t after getting out the ostomy and having disposal normally. Thank you 🙏

Didn’t get the ambulance , woke up with a ostomy bag! I was in trauma unit and step down unit for days then moved to another floor. Total nightmare! This is second month. The wound is healing ❤️‍🩹 it’s a really hard struggle for me. Don’t want to go anywhere or even do anything ! I feel ashamed. Today I am going to dentist to clean my teeth!! Went to church with my Nick (husband) yesterday and I just cried. We are both overwhelmed! So glad I found your site . Thank you 🙏🕊
