When I watched a documentary thing when I was younger like 9 or 10, i watched one about these whales. The mother and the daughter whale tried to go passed this one area, and some narwhals or seals or sharks or floppy animal creature things I cant remember, seperated the mother from the daughter then brutally killed the baby whale. I was hysterical. I cried to my dad, and he laughed at me which made me kind of laugh but I continued crying. He told me it was the circle of life, that everything dies, and everyone gets hungry and has to eat. It was that baby whale or those many animals. I still cried. He laughed at me some more and I laughed but was still upset so he told me a story about something unrelated and I felt a little better. Then he tucked me in as I stillcried and told me goid night and that he loved me and he left to his room. Im 13 now and I still get a little upset, but I understand it better, and its easier to take lol. I dont get sad anymore really.

I loved this story so much. It was sweet and funny and horrible. All the notes you need for a great story. You could make this into a fantastic stand-up bit if you were a stand-up comedian.

It would be like reading a story with the expectancy it will last forever. Yes, you are sad when it is over, but you start to imagine the story in your head. It lives on in some form inside of you. Death is no different, and people must accept that.
