Sounds really nice. However, it's a bit problematic that the booking form states shared rooms would be with someone of the same gender, as a woman I would want a guarantee that it would be some of the same sex, gender doesn't necessarily guarantee that. I know you don't control that Emily, but just pointing this out, people need to be aware of what they are agreeing to.
