You can actually see the work he is putting in at training! He is definitely making progress!!

I don't disagree. He has been poor, but let's see if he can redeem himself in the remainder of the season. If he doesn't improve then in the summer it's maybe time to suggest a new keeper. We need to start showing players some kind of faith and encouragement when they have a bad patch. Same with Bajrami.

Rangers have got Dessers at his full potential playing him upfront with igamane.
I would like to see Igamane lead the line with Dessers behind him in a false 9 role that can double up as a twin striking threat. Time for Bajarami to be rested and maybe work on fitness, strength and build form in training.
I would have Butland, Tav, Nsiala, Propper/Fernandes, Jefte, Raskin, Diomande, Cerny/Mcausland if Cerny needs rested RW, Hagi LW, Dessers false 9 linking play and doubling as a striking threat with Igamane leading the line.
I read that we are being linked with Fosu-Mensah. Please do not sign him Rangers. We need injury plagued players like we need a hole in the head. Fernandes should hopefully play and we need to continue developing and using Nsiala so that we can benefit from our players being worth money. The only way we should accept a deal for Fosu Mensah is of we have a clause allowing us to jettison the deal and to see him on trial until the summer. Make it pay as you play as well. Too risky though really. I would stay well away.

Well done Nico. Should be captain. Dessers has improved in fitness and strength and work off the ball. Much better, he may have deficiences, but its hard not to admire anyone who refuses to give up. It may be a different conversation come the summer but for now I would keep him and see how he does for the remainder of the campaign.
