The video is in response to people reporting to me that Rook was nerfed on S4 test server, so had to verify it myself.
Great video. Rook is clearly still over tuned. He can be top DPS but not by this massive gap. Game needs better balance.
they really need to nerf him but dunno bout them actually doing so, didn't they say he was "wOrKINg aS iNTendED"

Hopefully once they see that not many will go for the S4 champions they will realize they have messed up with a gap that it's too big to fill now.
Weekly bonus by other elements and Rook was still dominating top 20. If that doesn't happen then it looks promising.

the whole season 3 I used corrosion artifact on Whisk and witch's on Dargo, actually my entire server did this, because Whisk applies more corrosion, hence Rook activates his ulti more times. Test it, it should be more damage

Rook is the only damage dealer in the game with unlimited scaling. All other mechanics either have a cap (poison stacks are capped), or they consume a buff when activating their ult (Aschetius, Perkunte, Beldelle, Thelendor). Corrosion is not capped, and does not consume anything when Rook ults.

Not sure, they might just want a "singularity" for spenders to go after, and because he is exclusive and it's now only on specific banners that means that if you want him you need to go all in on that banner. Make no sense for the health of the game but for the wallet it kind of does I guess 😅
