how do you eat nut butters in moderation? I love peanut butter but seem to put it on everything ( and eat too much) even though it is quite calorie dense
Yes! I know I have to watch it because you are right about the downside of the nut butters. I am pretty good at moderation to be honest. I never diet or focus on cutting back, just try and pick the most balanced options. I know if I tried to prohibit anything it would probably backfire and make me want it 10x more.
