thanks for this one. I can't use the store bought soup mixes because they contain sugars and preservatives. Bad for my liver. I can eat this!!! I saw your chicken recipe. I am going to try. I also may try with lean pork tenderloin. I, like many millions of people, are on fruit, veggies and lean meat diet. NO sugar or prepackaged food. We can have honey. It's a pain shopping. I wish they had a section for folks like me. I hate reading labels.
