What a great interview! Such a classy but down to earth person! I had the opportunity to meet Anne in the late 1990’s and she was so gracious! Miss seeing her in concert but glad she is enjoying her life!

I am a long time Anne Murray fan. She had a beautiful instrument. However, her voice declined in mid 1980s and it became increasingly raspy as she aged. The purity of her sound in the late 60s and 70s became a very different sound. Not a bad sound, but not the same at all. She stopped while she could still sing and knew her limitations.
I took my wife to see Anne Murray on our wedding anniversary in orange Texas and what a wonderful surprise.
