I too have been noticing the greys lately as well 😂 I procrastinate with my regimen sometimes too but I find it sooo beneficial to be real with myself and choose to leave it alone when I’m not feeling it tbh. Sorry to ask but do you have single strand knots because everytime, I cut some length of my hair off and they still come back after some time even though I use the preventive measures

yes I get them as well. try to keep your hair moisturized, hair detangled, and ends trimmed.
