I wish I could summon my morning voice at will. I can't come even remotely close to that level of gravel with my normal voice. My morning voice combined with my evil sounding laugh I could probably land gigs voice acting a villain in cartoons or English dubbed anime. Without the morning voice I'm just a regular guy that scares people when he laughs.

It was "full engine jyan" basically meaning "so you're fully awake then". It's like saying "so you're firing with all cylinders then".
