Can you please do a video about how Google Workspace (employee/org) might be used as kind of active directory of employees in our business. Then export this employee database to our other business systems (alarm codes, emergency contact info, Phone system, training database). Also note we are trying to set up many people in the Google Workspace who will not have a license spot (paid spot) in our workspace? Am I on the right track or do you recommend another direction?
