Hello, I hope you are well, a tip for when you cut and you have the splinters, put masking tape, then cut, you will see how a better finish looks, so have a good day
I love seeing someone making the most of the space they have to enable their creativity instead of bemoaning what they do not have. Great video, looking forward to watching you use the space and dial it in.
That's a vintage Halliburton suitcase, also called a train case. They often had a mirror under the lid and a lot of little pouches along the side for all your makeup while travelling. I have a similar vintage one from Samsonite I keep family pictures in. Like the setup too. Apartment workshops are hard to set up but it is a lot better than sawhorses in the common area, for sure!
What a great creative workshop! Practical use of space. I love the wall hooks. It’s also handy to see what people are throwing out - most of our resources are from the side of the road!
Some great ideas here I can think about as I set up my new mini-workshop (140 sq. ft.) And I always keep in mind how many experienced diy'ers say "the first 6 workshops I set up..." in other words, nothing has to be permanent....things change over time. Thanks for all the good ideas.
Great job nice space, any small area and the willingness to set up every time you want to make something or fiddle around is just as doable as a big space.
You might consider add some furniture moving slides to the bottom of your under-bench drawers to make them easier to move in and out. Thank you for the inspiration.
That's about all the space I have. I am just in a little shed about 8x12, sharing it with the garden tools. love the setup, I definitely need to optimize the space I have.
Excellent video! One big suggestion: French cleats. You could take advantage of all that wall space and you might be able to lose the shelving unit… Or you could keep it. Thanks again, great video.
Yep I know what you are dealing with my work house in metro Detroit has a small 2 car garage I made all my big accessories mobile so I can take them outside
glad I stumbled into this small video! looks awesome. keep up the great work and thanks for sharing the cool project. are you folks located on the west coast? reminds me of when I lived in california
You can do a lot with some sawhorses in a small yard but I hear you. Before we were in this place I used to make stuff at the kitchen table, but it wasn’t ideal lol

Such a soothing video. Music is a perfect volume, the rain esthetic, the soft voice, I love it. Great video! Awesome workstation too.

Thank you, we all have to start somewhere!

Ooh thanks for the info on the case! Super cool
Great Job! Reminds me of my first work area 30 years ago.
Thanks!

Thanks! Yes, I agree. Always fun to repurpose something that someone else was tossing.
Looks good, it’s never about the size of the space, it’s always about being creative and finding ways to execute it. Kept it up…new follower
Completely agree and thanks!
Wow you are amazing Elena
Thanks!
Nice!
Happy woodworking 😊

Thanks and definitely agree. My workshop will constantly be evolving.

Great use of small space!
You have an eye for filming. The angles for the setup were great. Looking forward to seeing more videos!
Thank you! Means a lot
Sweet little workshop.😉 Best regards Peter
Looking forward to seeing what you create in your space. 🙂
Nice workshop.
Every tool at proper place.
I also like to work on wood related projects.
Keep it up with care...

That factory edge cutoff from the front of your worktop can become an easy clamp on straight edge for future cuts.
Great video.
I like that we have very similar set of tools, I was like wait a moment are those not my dewalt bits? xD
Great place to get to work with your next project. 😊
That's about all the space I have. I am just in a little shed about 8x12, sharing it with the garden tools. love the setup, I definitely need to optimize the space I have.
Thanks! Yeah you got to get creative for sure when space is so limited
Way to create your own work space! Great video, thank you for sharing!
Thanks! Glad you found it interesting
Im in the same situation. I need a sick tool box.
So inspiring. like, we make a lot of excuses for the things we dont have or space we need.... this is awesome. #respect
Thank you! Doing what I can with what I got

Appreciate the suggestion! That's definitely something I will look into in the future.
Cool organized space! And looks like you can expand outside when the weather is nice.
Thanks! And yes I break out the sawhorses when the weather allows for a larger work area
Very good video. Just a recommendation. Invest in french cleats and wheels for small workshops. Happy building.
Appreciate the rec! I’ll definitely be further building this out as I have the time / money
In the process of downsizing so interested to see what you have managed to fit in to a small space. Look forward to future projects.
Nice, never easy to downsize to a smaller space but lots of shelves for vertical storage help with a small footprint
Looking forward to more solutions
Nice work! You were really creative with such a small footprint.
thanks! haha yeah got to work with what you got
Nice! Looking forward to see what you build in there.
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing
very nice job cant wait to see more.
Thank you!
Yep I know what you are dealing with my work house in metro Detroit has a small 2 car garage I made all my big accessories mobile so I can take them outside
Nice job and you look so pretty doing it
Simple, yet efficient.
Appreciate it 🙌🏻
First viewing on your channel. Everything you have is about the same as me, your mini workshop is great. The make-up box is tres cool.
Appreciate it. Yeah it's pretty adorable
Looks great! My first shop was about the same size as yours- yours is much more organized than mine was. 😂
Thanks! Oh we’ll see how long it stays organized haha
Nice job!加油
Thank you!
You did it well, Elena... Btw, why didn't you use the sander?
❤
Rapi sekali...mantappppp
glad I stumbled into this small video! looks awesome. keep up the great work and thanks for sharing the cool project. are you folks located on the west coast? reminds me of when I lived in california
Thanks! Yep we live in CA
It's not the size of your workshop that matters its what you do in there
100% agree
My apartment charges $100/mo for a garage. So that's a no lol. Guess I'm waiting until I but a house.
You can do a lot with some sawhorses in a small yard but I hear you. Before we were in this place I used to make stuff at the kitchen table, but it wasn’t ideal lol
