Yay, thank you for this one! Your brandtianum looks great. Mine is on the struggle bus.😆Going to try brighter lighting and more humidity. I’ll stick mine in my cabinet. I’m thinking humidity is the issue. Thanks again! 💚🪴

Hi! I just stumbled on your video! I just wanna say, it’s interesting how it’s water sensitive, because I’ve been growing mine in water like a pothos! I do have some plants on spagnum and potting mix too.

Lovely plant, the leaf is very like the scindapsus trebie. Leaf is amazing. Thanks for your great content. :)

I live in a cold dry climate and i have mine in a north facing Window, in normal dry humidity And it grows like crazy. The leaves are big and no browning or crisping. I don’t know how many times i’ve cut it down. I have many of the cuttings in terrariums and the are so much worse. I’ve heard so many people say that they need high humidity, but mine does completely fine in low humidity.

I wish I came across this video a couple of weeks ago, I've risked almost killing two of my favourite plants because of the fertiliser. Urgh! You've won me over as a subscriber!

I had mine in a very bright window. It did fine in the winter but starting in spring the new growth came in stunted and deformed. I'm sure the humidity wasn't high enough either. I'm going to chop and try to prop the deformed leaves. Hopefully it will grow some healthy new brandtianum babies.

I think you're right, that definitely sounds like it could be down to lack of humidity. Also sometimes too much sunlight can cause leaves to crack and look misshapen 💚

I recently got one that needed some tlc as it had been neglected. I’ve chopped and propped it and it’s all in spagnum atm. I’m starting to see some new growth but the old leaves still seem quite droopy but fingers crossed it should perk up

    • @TheJungleHaven

They can do that sometimes after you've given them a chop back - mines done it before too 💚
