Robokauz, this is awesome. Thank you for sharing this. Im a middle school team, and you guys have inspired us tramenously this season. We have a very similar robot design, sparked by the masters of course. We have had issues getting out lift to work, and this helps a lot. My team wishes you the best of luck throughout the rest of the season.
I though flapping your vertical wings down to level your bot was illegal because it touches the top of the field wall and possibly extends out of the field... we got two minor violations for doing this at a comp.
I've got a question, our team has been attempting to change our motorized C tier Hang into a Pneumatic hang when we came across this video, we are currently using 2 cylinders and rubber bands to help bring it up. We have tried with and w/out bands but either way it will not pull it up. Do you have any suggestions?
I noticed that you guys have screws with spacers on the ends of your horizontal wings. Doesn’t that create a concave surface, as it keeps tribals from going off the sides?
you guys did eventually take the lift off, right? Ive seen match clips where youve had no lift and just the c tier so im assuming you just modified the bot to not use a lift.
The kicker is necessary for skills and for last second shooting during a match. It won’t be going any time soon. But we have the intake for shuttling triballs now which is better for general match use
@@EliLuiken since the hang is on a different system it doesn’t use any of the elevation pneumatic pressure until the hang. This lets us get 5 to 6 comfortable lift uses during a round before elevating.

that trapdoor mech is really cool. I though of doing something like that before but didnt think it would work xd
That four bar is magic
Nice explanation, hoping to see your upgraded robot
Jesus, whoever created waffles, and robokauz
Hey, my team is in the video for a couple of seconds :P
Common robokauz W
Is intake motor 5.5W?

We did it at our last sig, before we thought it was illegal but after seeing other teams doing it without negative impacts we started doing it.

What drive are you running? What is that motor placement?
How do you guys keep your intake up before the match starts
If Robokauz doesn't win worlds, idk who will!
10C, Ace, Gremlin, exo, 2654C, 2775v jackson, a lot of really good teams this year and this year is hella driver dif based so could really go any way
@@brennenpice4562ah yes 2654c, very competitive team
True dat. However, Robokauz is also on that list. 😅
@@brennenpice4562i love 2654C

Where did you guys get the 3d print file for the joystick paddles?
which side will u fall to if it wasn't the pads
Forward
How high is C tier off the ground? From what I've found I believes it's 7.2" but just wanna make sure. Thank you!
Is there a reason to use a tank over the other? (Old vs vex tanks)
Can you guys pls do an explanation on 133 rpm slapper.😊
I think he meant 100 rpm motor to 33 rpm slapper
No I think it’s a 200 rpm motor with 12;36 (Double Slip) to 72 or something like that
@@vednooka6242no look at the video, it’s 12 to 36 so it’s definitely 100 rpm motor with a 5.5 watt
Ok we just figured it out it’s normal slip gear but connected to 2 200 rpm motors that’s geared to 24t to 36t
Can you please make a kicker explation?

How heavy is your robot?
About 15.5 pounds
isnt it kicker out of the meta and also are you going to rebuild to something more gremlin like as you already have a good skills?

@robokauz how many balls do you normally shoot off and how much time do you leave for your hang?
That hang looked B tear don’t they measure form the bottom of the bot?
It’s safely in c-tier. It’s above the b tier and inside the c tier.sometimes I guess it looks confusing
How many times can you use your lift in a match before you run out of air and not be able to hang

W hang
lol post sugar rush meta be like;
More like post speedway. The post sugar rush was the gremlin style without the lift
