Jack to get rid of the pop-up, set a head to head race with one person far away from the city camo area (eg. Ambleside), then fast travel to wherever you're playing (eg. the highway). Because you're in a head to head, it shouldn't show your pop-up. If everyone in the convoy does it, then you won't be able to see each other's pop-ups, and the seeker can't find you based on that :)
