@@cyndyscraftcorner8017 Thank you! I’m glad I had a little pause and then went back to try again. I thought adding the paint near the end made a big difference, too. ☺️
I have made Swiss cheese and a large red wheel of cheddar cheese too along with lovely crusty bread. If you want to make bread you can roll out your shape ,color it a bit and then dust it in all natural flour. Cut a cross in the top and it will give you lovely rustic crusty bread. I also made wonderful baguette, and French bread using watercolor paint to color. If you have chalk pastels they are even better to use.i love your cheese so very realistic.i love that your little mouse had his own bit. 💕💕💕🐭
@@elizabethmcgrath6198 I’ve had mixed outcomes with it. I’m always amazed by some of the miniature berries and fruits I’ve seen people make with it! Thank you. 🌟
@@marygatdula2744 Have fun if you do give it a try! I wasn’t happy with it on my first attempt but I’m glad I went back and tried again. I’m sure your cheese will look wonderful if you do have a go. ☺️
@thelittlemouseshouse I would like to try making bread, some fruit. Apples and some pears and a pie. I'd also like to try making a rabbit to hang over the fire. Game was a big source of meat for the Tudors. I'm not sure how to go about that one, though.
All of the cheeses look delicious! And I’m so glad that the mouse got his very own piece on a tiny little cheeseboard!
@@jenpink4298 Hehe, thank you! I couldn’t leave him without a piece. 🤭
I like how you experimented until you were satisfied. You didn't give up and I think your cheese turned out great!

Brie cheese definitely did exist in the Tudor era, it was invented in the middle ages. Mmmmmm yummy Brie!
@@nessiemonstercrafts Ooo, great! Thanks for the info! 🤗
I love the cheese...I have only tried Gouda so far, but I surely need to try more. Yours looks delicious!
@@KimGibsonfiberlover Gouda sounds like a fun cheese to make. Did you do it in a block or slices?
@@thelittlemouseshouse a wheel, which I then cut bits from for the platter.
