This is no fault to you because your unit in this video was absolutely beautiful. Which is why I decided to purchase but this is some of the worst hair I ever had to deal with. Just warning to anyone thinking about it DO NOT PURCHASE. The hair sheds like no other and when I reached out to customer service they blamed me for it smh
