this is and has been a game for youtubers and streamers, not for football fans. shame the most popular sport in the world hasnt got a decent footy game to go with it.
'Um but yeah, I think it's ok, I think it's a decent game, like I said it's a 6 or a 7 out of 10 for me, I WONT BE BUYING IT' 😂 HAHA that cracked me up after the whole review was mainly positive haha
I know it’s trivial but it’s also about time they added a second goalkeeper kit to the big teams or leagues. There were times in your gameplay where it looked like Palace had a 12th man!
The player shadows which are just a dark circle under the feet look so out of place in such a hugh fidelity game. The movement also looks like a hockey game, which is very off putting.
I enjoyed your video, mate. Football fan here. I hate the Ultimate team with great passion. It's their cash cow, which they'll keep milking. It's unfortunate that the downside is that we get insignificant additions to the offline modes and who knows at some point they might just scrap career mode completely and go full live service, free to play like PES and that sorry excuse of a game called UFL (UT Lite). Just like you, I won't be buying. It's a waste of money. I bought FC24 in January for 90% discount and still couldn't play it for more than a few weeks. This is the worst time to be a football fan.
1.Very easy to hold now the defend compare to fc 24 , if you play with 5-3-2 its overpower formation 2. Imposible to make drible attack and attacker are so much low efficient its so boring to play forward. 3. Boring to pass 5-10 passes to go in middel than another 5-20 passes to compled to make a good chance for goal. 4.Goal keeper are now in very good level of defending.5. Crosses are mos efficient way to make chances for counter attack or goal. 6. Easy and bugy penalties finaly are removed and its very hard to make a penalty this is good. 7. Shoots from outside the box are most of the time very real and i didnt saw any bugs when player glitch and can go throw defender like nothing. For me this game its 7.5 / 10
I guess the best way to sum it up is saying it's the usual FIFA with a bit of change here and there. I'm curious about the little things they added to Career Mode (more youth team scouting places should be fun) but I think it's another edition that I'm not ever considering getting. Maybe at like... FIFA 32. Wait, I mean, FC 32.
On last gen still, yes. The main reason being the PS4 is the fifth best selling console of all time, behind three Nintendo consoles and the PS2. The PS5 has sold a few million more as of now as the Xbox One. Remember of course there's a PS2 version of FIFA 14, even though it's the first FIFA game on XBox One and PS4. In terms of the game, I like it. Occasional bad match (I'd a UWCL match where I was destroyed). Lots of nice little features I enjoy, like the wind. Every one of my games are in sim mode ofc
Didn’t much beta footage but this usually happens i.e. the beta is good, people complain that its “too slow, too realistic” and then EA work their ‘magic’ and voila! We get the same turgid game again, with new kits.
@@ChorizoMachine Some part of me feels like i will always hate fifa or fc even if its good. There are generations of ppl that have never experienced a good football game. Playing Pes 3 on release was something else, asking myself what would pes be after 20 years. Its mental that the biggest sport in the world doesnt have a proper football game in decades.
Its not good again im guessing, i heard mostly negative reviews and with all the focus still on UT not even bother buying it to be honest. It will get worse when the popular youtubers and pro gamers complain about things. Last year the game was slow and played better but they complained it was too slow , so it was patched out to into a fast less tactical experience.
Agreed, the usual content creators will complain that it’s “too slow” and EA will speed it up and we’ll get goal fests again. It’s turned into a pointless series to me these days.
crazy isn't it. Last year they removed the option to even change the player names for the custom career mode players. It baffles me why they lock so much of these kind of editing options. For youth academy players we should be able to change their names and appearance. I don't want a massive guy when he's supposed to be 15 years old, with a full beard and receding hairline. The names and nationalities of these fake players are always daft too, you'll get a player that looks like Rudiger but he'll be called Arthur Wilkinson. And there's always a Finland player with the surname Leo. Like Leo is even a common Finnish surname.
@@WOOOPdoctorFROGhere I ended up making 15 custom players without botched plastic surgery faces, realistic names and nationalities then bought them all in the first transfer window. I just booted everyone else out. Took a while but I way better
@@Boxmajor the problem with custom players is that they all have 99 potential, all have 4 star skill moves etc so it's too close to cheating in my book. Also on fc24 created players would disappear in season 2 of career mode and be remade as a regen. I made Fagioli, Toney and Tonali when they we're all not on the game due to bans, and they disappeared at the end of the first season and in their place were 16 year old free agents, including a very blonde and very white Ivan Toney regen. If EA just opened up the editor then none of this would be an issue
I do not have any first impressions of FC 25, i think this will be one of the FIFA games i do not buy at all. I am still very dissapointed in FC24, and the way the players mover here looks so unnatural. They are both Jerky and skatie. The gameplay doesnt look to be much of an improvement compared to FC 24, and compared to FIFA 15 wich i am currently playing i feel that both 24 and 25 are actually worse games.
Fiddling with the realism sliders, tweaking the saturation/exposure/contrast on tv and smoking a nicely rolled one was a key for me to enjoy the 23. I skipped 24 and the buff guys, almost died laughing. I'm getting tired with EA's approach I guess. Pozdro666
Sliders!!! 😮 on fc24 I fiddled more than Gary Glitter but in the end I had to admit defeat. Il never buy another. My head can't cope with the ice skating 😩
The graphics on the first match are atrocious. It's like playing a PS2 game on an emulator. Nothing close to photrealism. Weird shadows and the lighting is off. Colors are very saturated. Fifa 11 was way batter for example. Players still turn like puppers around their axle. Really a shame. Also, I hate how accurate and fast off balance and back passes are. At 10:57 . I hate the way the ball glue to defenders feet. It has some speed and momentum. It should have deflected somehow, or bounce. Not glue on his feet. These minor issues kill the mood and the overall feeling.
9:05 those cut scenes, EA is obsessed with putting them in. They look awful. They look like Disney Pixar-ish. It's supposed to be a stimulation, stop ruining it with horrendously unrealistic humanoid avatars awkwardly stumbling through old fashioned turnstiles, usually with their identical twin directly behind them. If EA stopped pissing away time and resources on these pointless bits of fluff (don't get me started on manager/player negotiations and that corny intro video when your new player turns up at the training ground) then EA could have put in a fraction of that time to develop an AI transfer system that actually makes real life sense. I'm sick of AI teams making about 12 transfers EVERY window. By the second season, most squads are completely unrecognisable. I've never played a career mode where Kyle Walker isn't immediately sent to Barcelona, Vardy would usually follow him to Spain and take the famous number 9 shirt at Madrid. Oh what's Jeff Hendrick up to? He's gone Mainz mate, and he's taken Ben Mee, Ashley Westwood and Ashley Barnes with him in the same transfer window ffs.
EA just messed with the sliders, so players cannot fully attack, players do not even run in the spaces. Soon as you mess with the sliders your back to FC24.. this game sucks. This why all goal angles are the same since FC 2020
Fifa games have terrible movement skating garbage. The only thing EA does really good is the feeling of scoring goals. If anything, their games are goal scoring simulators. Other than that, nothing about games feels like real football. Even the simulation mode is not good for me. It’s just silly.

The way the players skate around, it looks like every game is being played on a frozen pitch
If you have FIFA 19 go play it again then come back to EA FC 25.
the difference is real, one is a football game the other is a hockey game.
Which one u refer as hockey???

It is sad that I would rather play PES 5 and 6 than the current EA and Konami games.
Brought a ps2 to do this and play pes 2 and 3
that's because real football was also better back then . now is more physical than skills.
I am still playing pes 2019
After few years of playing modern FIFA (FC) and PES games I felt disappointed so I went back and now I play PES 3, PES 5, PES 6 and FIFA 08
Football completely different now in real life..to 10 years plus ago ..thats the reason
