Hydra / FO with Starlight Aspect fix

Video shows build with Serpentine Aspect, but I've tested without and it isn't needed to constantly cap mana, freeing up an Aspect slot.
You can see that Hydra Enchant procs three times within its own duration because of the rate at which I'm consuming mana
Also note that every FO is cast with full mana, making Edgemaster's aspect potentially attractive.
