Thank you for your review. After feeling cheated by getting FDR and then she got those huge nerfs, i`m not in the mood to get Shinano this early. Maybe in 2 years. I fear that the "train drivers" (players who sail straight without caring about attacks) will start crying very salty about "OP skip bombs" until Wargaming nerfs them to death. Yes, i want the Shinano badly, but my trust in Wargaming is at a very low level.
@@just_dodge_lmao2971 FDR's nerf is unfair. There was a lot of feedback about FDR before he was released but they didn't listen. If they had listened there wouldn't have been a need for a nerf.
Since Shinano and Archerfish will be available in the Armory after the Steel Will event ends, I will probably wait a bit to get her so I can use the armory 25% steel discount coupon. Instead I will probably use the event's 15% discount coupon to get Chikuma II instead, since afaik there is still no other way of getting her if you hadn't gotten her previously when she was first released.

as info, skip bomers have higher pen at closer lines, the further out the less pen they have. important vs bb mostly ^^
Adding to this, they also have a ridiculous arming threshold at close range (250mm), after the first skip it drops down to 50mm.
There is a 650mm pen capacity in the first and second lines
